The massing is horrible and sucks, but it is funny watching people lose their minds over this.

Yea we all know you think everything these cunts do is hilarious. I bet you laughed your ass off at his ai shitting in people who didn’t vote for him. And murdering fisherman in Venezuela. And deploying military on cities because they have blue mayors. And saying all democrats are Hamas or illegal. And calling the NYC mayor candidate a jihadist. Because they want to “bring the rhetoric down” after Kirk. And taking bribes in the open from the Fortune 500. Just rib splitting humor.

It's a ball room you lunatic, not a boat full of drug smugglers getting blown up extrajudicially. The problem with lunatics like you is that you exhaust everything and everyone by acting like they are every worthy of the same breath.

The problem with trolls like you is you pick shit like this and pretend it’s no big deal. Funny how you go completely silent for weeks then pile on “it’s just a ballroom you lunatics.” Of course you just ignore that he lied about not tearing anything down, sidestepped the process every other president has done when making changes to the White House because it’s not his fucking property, is openly taking bribes (sorry…cough…“donations”) for this thing, all while the majority in congress continues to let him act unilaterally, oh and Bannon is continuing to say he’s going to serve a third term to utilize his ballroom. Oh and funny how you have no opinions on anything else he’s doing like saying all democrats and protesters are terrorists, etc, etc. Nope no opinions on that stuff, just ballrooms and pretending to give a shit about Palestine and feigning outrage that a site full of dark humor doesn’t properly mourn Charlie Kirk. You’re a piece of shit troll and should have been up banned years ago.

I'm old enough to remember when St. Reagan was the most important figure in the history of the GOP.  Now he's a woke faggot.

I’ll actually give Trump credit for something if republicans start hating Reagan.

And it just won't matter.  They will Weekend at Bernie's his corpse while the cabinet does whatever it wants, and the House and Senate will gleefully go along.

I’m undecided on this.  The infighting between them with no leader will hopefully turn into some ridiculously stupid Game of Thrones shit where they self destruct.

I don't think federal thugs can be immune to state law crimes if the thug is carrying out an unconstitutional directive. Newsom, Pritzker, and Hochul should pressure their state legislatures to eliminate the statute of limitations on these state law crimes.

That bizarre criminal removal statute that we saw Trump and Meadows and others try to use is evidence that state criminal charges against federal officials are contemplated, because it gives them a federal forum to raise their immunity defenses.

But, on an individual basis, federal officers are immune unless they know, pursuant to a clear Constitutional precedent, that their actions are unlawful.  Acting pursuant to an unconstitutional directive is not enough.  The directive can give rise to litigation and an injunction against the agency responsible and its individual head.

"Americans should not be allowing this."

Agreed. But, um, what should Americans do if there isn't going to be an election?

Just another series of "Kavanaugh stops."  No worries, the SCOTUS just created two classes in America: (1) white people, who are free to go about their business with no interference from ICE and federal forces, and (2) everyone else, who can be stopped and detained functionally indefinitely whenever, wherever, as many times as ICE feels like it, and detained for as long as ICE feels like it.

Imagine someone 25 years ago describing an America of roving bands of heavily armed government forces, who regularly and with great force grabbed and detained anyone they wanted to, demanding "papers please," but also even being arbitrary about what "papers" would satisfy them before they'd let you go.  Can you go to the store?  Church?  To visit your friends?  Outside your house on your porch?  Can you do any of those things without the fear of being grabbed and detained by masked men armed to the teeth?  Nope.

Imagine describing that America 25 years ago.  Everyone would have thought you were deranged.  Turns out, you just had a perfectly functioning time machine that let you see the future.

Indeed.  Our black friends tried to warn us about all this shit for a long fucking time.  Some of us did listen to them.  But not nearly enough of us.

That was the Georgia phone call? To me that's a bit more uncharted territory and I get why the bizarre stuff happened with that.

It's pretty clear that you can't follow an order asking subordinates to brutalize civilians who are engaged in First Amendment activity. "Just following orders" didn't work in Nuremburg and it shouldn't work in blue states.

People were up in arms about the government overreach in the 90’s because the government was going after white people. Ruby Ridge, Waco, etc. And because the 90’s are back in fashion, the government going after January 6th rioters stoked that same white grievance outrage.

America has always been ok when the government militarizes its persecution of black and brown people. They consistently vote for it, approve of it, celebrate it, romanticize it, and demand it.

There's a simple path.  Arrest ICE personnel committing illegal acts.  When the feds insist that they be released, do exactly what the feds have done on multiple recent occasions when ordered to release wrongfully detained persons: don't.

It seems you don't know how qualified immunity works in this country.

It's pretty clear you can't shoot an unarmed mentally handicapped person from 20 feet away, that that is an unconstitutional deprivation of life and liberty and use of excessive force.  But 99/100, that's immune.
