Florida isn’t letting Jaden Baugh leave. Sumrall singled him out in his opening press conference by name. Probably time to let that pipedream go.

For Coleman, it probably comes down to the ability to sell him on fixing the QB spot to make sure he has a good draft year. That veer and shoot offense Golesh is bringing is super WR friendly.

It's WR stat friendly, but I've read that NFL tends to devalue (relatively) WR that play in that offense because it stunts their development. In that offense, WR run go routes or comeback routes and that's about it. They don't run the full route tree, they don't read coverages, they don't hot route. So even though they put up stats, they don't develop WR skills.

Can you name the leading WR for Tennessee? Mississippi St? I can't.

I like it, but he’s the focal point of their offense, he’s a local kid,  Miami is “close”, and they’ll be hyper motivated to keep him.

Yes, likely just fantasy to think we could pull Toney to Austin. But despite being a lowly 3-star, he's a mega-talent who'd kill it in Sark's offense. So let's find a reasonable facsimile thereof.

Brenan Thompson for Miss St and Braylon Staley, I believe.

If Brennan Thompson is your leading receiver, that makes my point about WR development. That dude can run go routes and basically nothing else. Makes sense he is doing well in an offense that doesn't ask him to do anything else.

Oh I agree. I was just answering the question because I remember Thompson had more yards than Wingo and he plus their two RB's scored 19 TD's between the three of them. As for Staley, I remember him because I watched Tennessee take a beating from Vandy and they were talking about him. I remember thinking he should probably gtfo of Tennessee because Huepel is dog shit and this is his ceiling as a coach. If I'm a BMD, the checks stop immediately until they get serious about winning and hiring a coach.

Don't think we'll be pecan him up

I don’t know. I’m nuts about winning but he might crack under pressure.

Keep the powder dry for Baugh, Dallas Wilson, and Cam Coleman please.

Dallas Wilson has had two significant foot injuries in the last 6 months. For what he would cost the injury risk is too much, IMO.
