I'd really like more info on the land Venezuela has stolen from the US.

It’s in south AMERICA duh

Fuck yeah. Always wanted to be a pirate.

Don’t forget, we gotta take Greenland to distract from Epstein as well.

By the way, it’s regime change.  I posted the stuff in the DT thread.

I need a surly oil baron to  confirm, but I do not think it's the same refineries for both light and heavy. I also think it costs more in capex to build a heavy refinery...

Now, once that capex is deployed, it would make sense to refine as much as possible to reduce the fixed cost allocation per production, but the same should be said for light oil.

Lastly, I don't think the price difference per barrell is that significant. I think Heavy is like 5% cheaper than light sweet (historically, but fluctuations happen).

I say all of this to say, he sounded so certain that I started thinking and internetting.

Am I wrong?

I never thought I’d see a FIFA Peace Prize recipient behaving this way.

I like how we can just acquire other sovereign nations' property, but if anyone from another country wants to come here and work, it's an invasion.

I'm just still flabbergasted that Dotard didn't win a Nobel Peace Prize.

I’m sure this will all go very well.

I feel like if it had went well, we would see lots of video.

I'm curious why it's the CIA all of a sudden, and not the USN or other DOD military, making these strikes.

I have thought all along that it would be CIA doing these things because they're used to being lawless. And outside the military chain of command.

Maybe so he doesn’t have to go before Congress to get "approval" for armed conflict.

I know, I know, this regime doesn’t believe they need permission for any action. That said, the American public has no desire for this conflict.

This shit is right out of a Looney Tunes cartoon.

The interesting thing to me is that if he hadn't mentioned it publicly in an interview, we might not have known about it at all.

I'm also guessing that it's about risking CIA assets and not US military personnel.

Perhaps it’s only a change in reporting but the media has definitely highlighted that the CIA is taking the lead in Venezuela. Honesty I think it’s obvious that Trump doesn’t really trust Hegseth with anything at this point. He can’t get rid of Hegseth without admitting he made a big mistake.

Well, in normal, old America, the Secretary of Defense really didn't have anything to do with military operations.

In this case, I might think the more important thing would be avoiding pushback from actual commanders.

It's because the CIA has such a sterling regime-change record.

Using the covert spy agency when we have half our navy blockading or otherwise threatening them is stupidly on-brand for Dotard.
