We need Michigan, Bama and Vandy to lose. OU losing would be nice too but I won't hold my breath on that.

A Miami loss wouldn't hurt either

Sick catch

Yeah, we eliminated Vandy, Miami, and Utah last night

I think Utah is toast, but Vandy and Miami are done only Bama or OU loses.  that's the swap-a-roo theory you espouse. if Bama or OU win, Texas will be kept far away from the field to insulate.

I said it. they don't have the balls to overturn it. we've seen this now in multiple games from refs. the replay system is broken. we really need to all go ACC on this

Wait... what the fuck is going on? I was multitasking.

He almost dropped the fucking ball out of the EZ?

smith caught it cleanly, began losing it before the EZ line and regained control while stepping out of bounds. it was upheld so not conclusive enough to overturn that he didnt have possession while in the EZ

This. Shouldve been a touchback honestly. But we need OSU to win big. So fuck em.

I hate it, but this is the correct answer.

That’s BS.  He didn’t have possession when he step out of bounds.

I have heard anybody lose possession of the ball without it leaving their hands. He caught it. He had possession clearly.

Then it bounced around a bit in his hands but that's not a fumble. Unless he actually dropped it and it hit the ground a TD is the right call here.

What’s the point of replay if that’s not getting overturned?

I asked the same question when they didnt overturn the Vandy 2 pointer and the Aggy defender being clearly stopped short of the first last night.

Pretty dumb rule anyway.  It's one thing if you drop the damn ball before you reach the goal line.  But you're running with it, bobble it as you cross, and that becomes a touchback?  Nah.

Disagree.  Most games during season that is overturned.  Even the Fox Ref thought so.

Sayin has become a very good quarterback as a redshirt freshman, probably second in the Heisman voting, just sayin.

sure, but look at his team. our QB at one point lead the nation in pressure rate. one thing Sayin clearly does better is throw the ball deep.
