Pound for pound, the best candy is peanut m&ms. I’m sure this will be a unanimous opinion and there will be no further discussion.
Peanut M&M's chilled in the fridge FTW.

Funny how the NFL announcers talk about how good of a groundskeeper he is and has worked every year of the Super Bowl. But for this year he blames the shitty field conditions for Super Bowl LVII on someone else.

Man....I remember eating at BBB 30+ years ago. Solid stuff. Top Notch in Austin has a semi-similar taste and vibe (the open grill burger thing).
Think it was 25 yrs ago for me at BBB. Those were damn good burgers.

I mentioned upthread that I saw the same tour in Houston at Rice Stadium. As I recall Dokken got a bit rained out which was fine, because they sucked. Metallica came out and destroyed everything. Security was blasting the crowd with hoses and water to keep us all alive during their set. Scorps were great on that particular night and the crowd was super into their set. VH tore it up of course. The midday stadium-wide trash fight was clearly the big winner that day, however.
I was at the Houston show at Rice as well. Your review of the bands that day is spot on. Funny thing is this is basically the show that finished Dokken. They were fighting on stage and had lots of tech problems. I don't think they ever played another show after that day. Also, I snuck in a camera and got an awesome shot of EVH jamming at the front of the stage.

i know this is totally off-topic but a spacex launch in to a retrograde polar orbit is heading towards antarctica and will emerge in to sunlight over the south pole in 20 or so minutes and it's just really fucking cool watching it on the Big Board

Cuero 58 Silsbee 56, 3 OT
Silsbee had a 26y FG attempt on the final play of regulation to win, but someone got a hand on it, and it ended up hitting the upright and bouncing back.
Cuero will get the Lago Vista-Wimberley winner.
This was one of the best games of the year.
