  1. Here is a good FAQ for the ESPN changes: https://www.espn.com/fantasy/baseball/story/_/id/29360092/2020-mlb-shortened-fantasy-baseball-season-faq
  2. 11 confirmed. Full roto. Draft is Tuesday the 21st at 8pm. Sound good?
  3. Thats fine. Roto doesn't need an even number of owners. We will get you back next year.
  4. haven't seen a post or email from @BigOrange1 or @beer regarding the restart roto plan.
  5. “Same is probably good so we don’t have to listen to derka bitch and moan for 3 months” FIFY But yeah same order makes the most sense. Nothing has really changed except a delay.
  6. From what I’ve gathered from this thread 12 guys, $50 buyin, full roto format, no playoffs Payout: $400, $150, $50 Season must play at least 50 games. Full refunds if season ends before that. Did I miss anything?
  7. Oh lordt. What now?
  8. Might have gone to spam? It comes from ESPN. Or you put in a bogus email. Either way, it just said come on here and post so you’re good.
  9. Email blast sent.
  10. not if we are doing roto. the regular season winner IS the "playoff" winner. if we did H2H, i would think the season would be too short to pay off that winner and the playoff teams.
  11. Assuming we do roto points I think the final standings payout would look something like $400/$150/$50. Assuming all 12 members stay in at a $50 buyin.
  12. With the shortened schedule, I think the only thing that makes sense is a full roto points standings league. Kind of like the EPL, top of the table wins it. Espn doesn’t allow multiple opponents I don’t think; so if we did that option it would be 6-7 weeks of regular season. And a 4 team playoff for weeks 8 and 9.
  13. we either go points, not have a full schedule, or run a weekly schedule against multiple opponents. i dont think ESPN is that sophisticated though.
  14. no, from my count, its only 9-10 weeks depending on start/end date
  15. I think $50 makes the most sense. I am still fine doing our regular setup with half the games. The good news is the last weeks of the season will still be meaningful so we can go all the way to the end without worrying about bench time scrubs. I have little interest in draft kings but if thats the route yall want to take, I get it. I will put a poll up on the main ESPN site.
  16. Also an option. Or you pay in relation to your draft slot. #1 = $100, #2 = 90, etc.
  17. I would assume halfies. Between corona and the owners not moving off 60 games, don’t know if we’re gonna even have a season
  18. Looks like we are getting closer and closer to an actual season. Once it is agreed to, we can look at all the options.
  19. Yeah this week will tell us all we need to know. Idk how a 48 game season would look in fantasy.
  20. I’m still in. Idk what type of setup ESPN will offer though.
  21. I play OOTP. Definitely been satisfying the baseball itch.
  22. Yeah took it offline until we figure out what’s going on. It’ll be set a day or two before the season starts.
  23. That’s be fun. Very had a solid core for awhile.
  24. I pushed the trade through and oddly everything worked. I don't know how that would work in the draft since you only have X amount of slots to fill.
  25. Also true.
