Bobby needs to tap the brakes. Last years team had 11 draft picks and was a few plays/calls away that would have made us 9-3/8-4. Seven win Steve can make an appearance anytime if there’s not enough talent to mask the questionable play calling/rotations that occurs

Handful of slapdicks here that can put seven win steve moniker to bed….

  2. I swear I saw a chart here somewhere that Van Malone was top 15ish db coach???     I i usually blame the players because very very seldom do the coaches call let the wr run right by you for a 75 yrd td….. but its becoming normal now…… someone bring back the db coach top 25ish cjart

  3. Im glad Pierce got ran…. such a bullshit call….. Im sure he asked which umpire made the call that ball hit runner or did they let the TCU players make the call… and they wouldnt tell him which ump made the call so he kept going.

Beard is a great coach but this is what he's done in the last 5 years.

9-9 in Big 12 and tournament cancelled.

9-8 in Big 12 and round of 32.

10-8 in Big 12 and round of 32.

    Choked his fiance and fired.

7-11 in the SEC and missed the tournament.

If you looked at this resume and his name was Rodney Terry there would be people on this board losing their minds.

They truly think that WV and Texas are rivals. Upside down Longhorns flags flying all over that shitty Motown. The students do Horns Down 24/7/365.

I think it's hilarious that they've spent a decade+ convincing themselves that we're rivals and now we will never play them ever again.

They will still Horns down…. it will just be against UofH now!

Live, it looked like the ball into the gap might’ve short hopped their LF. He caught it and threw into 1B while our baserunner retreated back around 2B. The batter thought he might’ve had a hit so he was standing on 1B. Our baserunner saw 1B was occupied and hesitated, confused. He’s probably not doubled off to end the game if he just pop-up slides directly into 1st. It was definitely an unusual scenario on the bases but it’s game 2 with a lot of new starters so we’re basically guaranteed to have base running growing pains.

Keith and Greg both seemed to indicate on the broadcast that umpire didnt make a safe/out call for a catch/short hop.
