  1. I'm in So Cal where you can never find Weller. Just left a bar that pours Special Reserve for 4 bucks at happy hour. Nothing like watching Weller and coke, 7 up, etc being poured.

my wife and daughter are out of town this coming weekend, and i'm debating going to the cubs game saturday afternoon or day drinking at the Big Star in Wicker Park since its really close by...

You can do both. The Wrigley location is right there.

Any liquor store recommendations near the loop in Chicago?

Can't help with a store, but spent Friday evening at Big Star. Hard to beat drinking Pappy across the street from Wrigley. Great selection and fair prices.

There is so much, and so little, to say about them.  They are the most smug, self-entitled, self-absorbed, holier-than-thou-for-no-gotdam-reason sumbitches you will ever come across.  They splatter their trojan shit over everything: vanity license plates, Reyn Spooner shirts, where their Trojan gear to totally unrelated sporting events, fly their flags in front of their houses.  They are what out-of-staters think of when they think of Californians.  I'm getting nauseous typing this so Ima stop.  But I will part with:

All of this x 100. Assclown douchebags.

Where do you live? I have two stores I regularly visit that each have two cases of RY10 and it's $58.99/bottle.

How is the selection at Albert G's. Always go through Tulsa, but have never stepped in.

It is solid with good prices. Had 4 EH Taylor choices. Bartender was knowledgable as well. Nothing crazy like Pappy but plenty to choose from. Bbq was good as well.

  7. Mine needed directions. I told her the intersection and she was clueless. Didnt matter that she has been to this shopping center 3 weeks in a row. I repeated the intersection. It then hit her, the same center as a donut shop she likes. She told me I should speak to her in donut.
