I'm looking for some advice here too. I'm not a UT grad, but living in Austin and wanting to look into season tickets for next year & beyond. I've already filled out the waitlist application and paid minimum amount to be eligible to come off.
From past experience, do I have a realistic shot of making it past the waitlist? Or am I gonna be shit out of luck unless I make some much larger contribution to bump up my loyalty points?

First, check your meter
second, I’d have pegged this for a Nahlin sock until the last sentence.
I'm a self-admitted know nothing. Definitely not Nahlin.

We took Wingo for granted.
Seems like you did, for sure.
He's a high value out of state prospect with plenty of reasons to stay home. We did a better job than anyone else at giving ourselves a 50/50 shot, but this was never a sure thing except to the 'we gettin' errrbody' crowd.
Glass half full - recruiting ain't over yet.

I think we were dominating that game
But we clearly weren't doing our job.

The offense’s goal was to convert 3rd and 8 with a 4th down at their disposal if they didn’t convert. The offense didn’t convert a single 3rd down but converted each 4th down.

To add on…
100k people fill DKR for a game against Kansas. If all 100k of those people donated $10 a month to Texas One Fund, that’s 12 million a year. That would equate to the largest NIL budget in the country. Then add the whales and corporate plus the folks giving $50 instead of 10. Now we are talking about being double the budget of the next highest school. THATS the Death Star!
And what if those 100k people also told three other people to donate $10 a month? And then those three people got three more people to donate $10 a month? LIMITLESS NIL.

Irrational optimism is allowed every season until I see a number larger than 0 in our L column. We're a fucking unstoppable wagon until proven otherwise.

Texas 47 ULM 9.
Whoever we throw out at PK goes 5-7 on PAT, 0-3 on FGA. After the game there's a change.org petition started for Austin FC and YETI to immediately fund an NIL package for Sebastian Driussi to enroll and walk on. It receives 300,000+ signatures, mostly by Sark under pseudonyms.
