  1. Dallas has clearly been the superior team and has played impressive D. I don't think many OKC fans truly expected to get that deep in the playoffs this year and are kind of considering this part of the rebuild process. It's a very young team and you gotta learn how to lose before you learn how to win. Just winning the West was a hell of an accomplishment. I think OKC and Minnesota have been a surprise to everyone. A lot of talk in OKC about trading Giddy and some picks for a Naz Reid type player. Mikal Bridges is a longshot target.

Wtf, now OKC radio guys calling Luka a ball hog. I knew he was high in assists, looked it up, and he’s number 2 in the league in assists per game. What the hell are they talking about?

Maybe change the station? Switch over to Traber and Eshbach. Traber routinely rips the Thunder to the point the organization no longer allows players to appear on that station.....and I believe they're the flagship station.

The stat he was reporting today about Giddy being on the court instead of Wiggins and Joe was glaringly bad. And why Hayward is on the court at all is a mystery. The dude is horrible. One of Presti's worst decisions as a GM.

  3. That rodeo scene at the beginning of the clip was shot in an open field around the house at 8812 NE 23rd St in Spencer, Oklahoma. They did an amazing job building that set. The Colonial Motel across the street is the motel destroyed in the movie (the truck flies up and hits the neon sign). Universal bought that old motel and just destroyed it for the movie. Really fixed it up and put in a pool.

Anyway, we shot a week of footage out there for the rodeo and then had to shut down early for the SAG strike (July 13). In December, they called most of us back to finish the scene. What was impressive is that they actually went back out there and rebuilt that rodeo arena. Heck of a lot colder shooting those rodeo scenes in December than July.

Really? This your first time watching the Avs this season? Their second line is Nichuskin (elevated to first line due to the Drouin injury), Lehkonen, and Mittelstadt. Third line has Colton and Wood, and Parise fills in on all four lines when needed. Even Trenin and Cogliano have been fantastic on the forecheck. All of these forwards played huge rolls in the series against the Jets and played well last night. They certainly have way more than one line.

I was about to say.......did anyone here watch that Jets/Avs series? Winnipeg got absolutely rolled......and it was highly impressive. I don't see Dallas advancing but what do I know. This should be a great series.

  5. One thing I LOVED about the Thailand episode is that he didn't include any of the Hollywood cliches with Thailand........elephants, tuk-tuks, monks, hookers, etc. He did do the floating market and Muay Thai but still. He stayed away from the sleezy parts of BKK and focused on the real Thailand. The charm of the people, the street food, etc. Rock climbing. What travel show goes to Thailand and does rock climbing.

I lived in Bangkok for 5 years and the one thing you miss is the people. Sweetest, funniest people you'll ever work with......and Conan captured that.
