Me too - caveat, first movie I've seen this year.
I went in mostly blind, went with my young adult kids - they wanted to see it. All I read was that it was a dark comedy, that seems like a fairly accurate description.
Would recommend to others, unless they are prejudiced against sub-titles.dark comedy? never laughed but did smh quite a few times at how over the top they built their world.

didn't enjoy e2 as much but still in.

enjoyed it. problem is -- i don't know why. maybe because of my bias towards the actors. maybe because the dialog is subtle and not in-your-face funny. i don't know. the setting and story are over the top but i found the jokes (not really jokes but dialog) funny and on point. kinda reminds me of a more subtle spaceballs, but that's a huge stretch.

A pretty solid indicator of market movements is when there are more buyers than sellers prices tend to go up, when there are more who what to sell than buy, markets go down.
seems simple. what's typical buying season in March when most corporations hand out bonuses? any correlation? been wondering if there is a strategy to buy now or soon before bonus season, then sell out sometime later.

I can’t imagine Johnson playing guard.
cosmi/junior/kerstetter/okafor/Jones is what I think they are hoping for, with moore or johnson as the backup tackles and girmai backup guard.
projections do all look much prettier with cosmi at LT.
i like this lineup. but i do recall reading Junior was being groomed at center to replace Shack. i'm confident in his ability to play guard or center. nice to have the versatility of Kerstetter who can play all positions on OL. still not sure if Kerstetter's best position on OL is inside or outside. thought he was too tall/long for center but he certainly proved me wrong.

I was almost certain Brewer was concussed last night, however, reports indicate Rhule is saying it's a neck injury and the head is not a problem. Then again, earlier in the year Rhule left him in a game after clearly getting concussed; the refs had to intervene and take him out. That was a first for me to see.
IIRC, the first two concussions within a given time period aren't significant but after the third, the chances of getting another one increases drastically.

i think it's worth noting that Tom himself said last year's team "played better than they were" or "outperformed expectations" or some such. said that a few times during the season. seems like coach speak but can't recall another coach saying the same about their team in the middle of the season. to give him some cred, he was either trying to downplay the year even as the season was going on (doubtful short term strat) or he was being honest with where we were as a team in regards to fan expectations (probably long term strat).

Chip Long may suck or not, but am I the only one who thinks running out of bounds is weak? Deliver the blow. It's football...not flag football. It's about attitude, will and domination. We have a significant issue with the pussyfication of the game. Drives me crazy.
Hook'em
there are times when running out of bounds is weak. then there are times when running out of bounds removes you from a vulnerable, season-ending injury. so long as you're not losing significant yardage, i'm all for it. you're often at a disadvantage in delivering pain when the defender is using the sideline to his leverage.

What if - and believe me this would be a hypothetical - but what if we offered some kind of a stock option equity sharing program
And what if that stock option was tied directly to the dollars that college players will make in the near future

If Giles is up to the task, that's fine. We would still want an ILB and OLB coach that aren't on staff (or DT coach if we want to 4-3).

Maybe CDC told Herman to fire the assistants first, then CDC is going to fire Herman.
CDC just wants to use Herman to hire his coach buddies. then CDC will fire Herman and steal his buddies too.
