It seems we're finding out that immunity is fairly short lived. It's been suggested before and I read a couple articles this weekend that suggest immunity for asymptomatic cases is 2-3 weeks, and 2-3 months for symptomatic cases.

That is definitely NOT the knee placement of the cop. Side of the neck where the jugular/carotid carries blood to and from the brain would be the equivalent positioning, not between the shoulder blades.
Yeah somebody misrepresenting what happened is pretty low hanging fruit. Surprised there weren't odds on this already posted.

Italy with 969. Not controlled. Quarantine apparently not working. They're saying there are fewer new cases but that's irrelevant.
We've been locked down almost three weeks, more than that in Lombardy and Padua.
Wait. That's actually good news, isn't it? If the new cases have leveled off wouldn't that be the leading indicator that the lockdown is having an effect?

These media appearances are gonna give a lot of laughs to future americans. Imagine 100 years from now learning about how presidents addressed the nation in times of crisis. This guy is JFK-esque right? His bullshit is transparent now. It will be more so with some time

I have discovered that my chances of not touching my face are about as high as the chances of a teenage boy not touching his penis.
For some people wearing gloves works. They end up avoiding touching their face with the gloves and using a forearm or something else instead.

Yeah we need to do much better than this. Is this because there are still so few reliable tests? If so, let's stop trying to get whatever test we have to work and go all in on the test the WHO and everyone else is using. The fuck are we doing?

I've seen it mentioned here that Herman is expected to keep Josh Moore if the outcome of Moore's court case allows it, but the Eyes piece above expects him back. Is that where we are now? Confident he'll play next year? Sorry if I missed something.
-
Yeah seems easy and natural for him. We'll see next season

Bijan looked good the last couple plays

Yeah they're not too much alike.

I'd have to see a highlight of Vince's play to refresh my memory.
The first TD and 2 pt conversion was total VY, though.
Rose Bowl following the '04 season. Vince ended up running it in for a TD down the right side. Just made me think of the play because neither had any business not getting sacked, and both spun out to the right. I need to go find that play and refresh my memory as well.

Has nobody compared Deshaun's last throw to VY v Michigan?

I think I remember reading about a couple of asteroids that are expected to come close to us in the next decade or so that NASA has already planned missions to explore ahead of time. Gotta go find it I suppose

Watched the first three episodes tonight. Really good. Agree that the old western feel was a smart way to go with it. Loved the shootouts in episodes 1&3 and the Mandalorians showing they're the biggest badasses of a group of badasses. Lots of winning against long odds.
And somebody can explain it better than I, but I don't at all feel conflicted about despising jar jar yet kinda hoping Mando picks up a 12 pack of frogs. I mean he's gotta eat, right?

Always a good time trying to figure out a good margarita. Obviously different people like different things so just try different stuff until you figure out what matters to you. There are a couple of ideas to keep in mind, though. Fresh juice is always the way to go. Always. Fresh juice > pasteurized > powdered mix. Also, don't pay too much for the tequila. The qualities you pay a premium for (smoothness, flavor, nuance, etc.) are quickly lost when combined with multiple other ingredients.
1.5 oz tequila
.75 oz triple sec
.75 oz simple syrup
.75 oz lime juice
.25 oz oj
That's a pretty generic place to start from. If you want it a little more boozy add another .5 oz tequila and subtract .25 oz simple and lime. Try it with agave instead of simple, or cointreau or grand marnier instead of triple. Maybe switching to cointreau instead of triple makes it too sweet so reduce the amount of simple. Try it without simple, but increase the triple like HouTex's recipe above. Maybe you want to muddle some shit in it. The fun part is you just have to make and drink different margaritas until you find what you like. Shitty huh?
I have been enjoying jalapeño margs lately. Take 2-3 slices of raw jalapeño, depending on how much heat you like, and muddle with a splash of simple. This kind of candies it just a little. Or muddle with splash of lime if you don't want the added sugar. Do this in a shaker can then build the margarita in the can with ice, shake, and dump into your glass.

Are we going with Civil Cold War or Cold Civil War?
Cold Civil War definitely
So I'm sure I haven't kept up with this as much as many of you, but this attempt to undermine and discredit the Mueller investigation is an attempt to prep the battleground of the future, right? A Republican Senate and Supreme Court, combined with DOJ findings that cast doubt and credibility issues on accusations against Trump, gives cover for anyone to defend him is the thinking, right? Or at least was the thought before the WB.
