Because I know that any citation of civilian deaths at the hands of the American military will be dismissed out of hand as "whataboutism," I will only put forth a token effort to make the argument. And to say, "yeah what about Afghanistan, Iraq, and Vietnam? And by proxy, El Salvador, Guatemala, Nicaragua and Honduras? And The Phillippines circa 1900? (Read Mark Twain's diaries on our atrocities there.) Of all people, who are we to pontificate about the civilian casualties inflicted by others? Of course, we have had the decency to confine most of ours to brown people, so we didn't rip the fart in church Putin has in that regard. And we always believe we have learned our lesson and won't do the same in the next war, and then the next war rolls around, and it's the same ol' same ol'. "The enemy was using them as human shields." "We acted off bad intel."

"what, you think we're so innocent?"

Yep. They done. Putin just sent them back to 1970 and it isn't changing. Hope the younger generation enjoyed a quasi taste of freedom for the past 20 or so years. Now I hope they enjoy wiping their ass with rubles trying to figure out why instagram doesn't work.

Now,  fuck China. Isn't there somewhere else nike and apple can pay slave wages to workers?

Then lock them out of the rest of the world. 100% sanctions. No commerce. No Russians allowed to travel to sanctioning countries. Nothing. If they aren’t willing to be members of the civilized world, then they don’t get the privileges of membership. Let them starve. The oligarchs will thrive, the rest will wither and die. Return to the worst days of the Soviet Union. This is what they want - it’s their authoritarian dream. Let them live it.

there's not going to be some global boycott of an oil rich country for any meaningful length of time.

it also serves as a nice focus on the populist side of the right.  you can have these educated people up there, but the most prominent split is between those actively courting votes because their ego says they should have higher office, and those that don't have direct interaction with voters.  the latter can tend to have some decency and say 'this is a bridge too far,' while those in that are beholden to their retarded voter base have to keep up the act no matter the cost to the country.

How loyal are Ukraine’s Western allies?
We’ve plotted 35 countries joining the EU, NATO and G-7 summits in Brussels this week according to their level of Russia skepticism and economic dependencies.

It only takes one to dominate the field and leave everyone else competing for 2nd place.

And I don't think anyone is saying anyone's motivation for transitioning is athletic success.

that's why utah's prior version is superior.  they had agreed on a commission to decide one-offs.  if shaq grabbed a wig, sorry, you're not allowed, because it's pretty obviously going to adversely affect the sport more than it adversely affects you.  if david spade wanted to, hey man, you go ahead.

Although it is much easier to hide accidental boners if you are wearing jeans, not all occasions allow you to wear denim. If wearing chinos or formal pants are the only two options, make sure that your pants are well pleated and have very little slack at the front. The idea, again, is to restrict movement.
