What are Clemson's TV numbers? I don't think they're a slam dunk to the SEC. Again the largest city in South Carolina is Charleston at at 151k. Slightly bigger than Denton and smaller than Killeen. No thank you. It's a small state that will never grow. So another Mississippi school.

The SEC should be after UNC and Florida State.

Congrats Clemson. You found an attorney that can operate a control F search in pdfs. The sky is truly the limit.

Actually, Clemson is in the Greenville,SC MSA what is right under a million people. It's also the 37 largest media market in the US.

Could be a thread derail, but we really need to talk about the India polling numbers.  I'm guessing between them and Russia, China can finally be satiated, if not downright downgraded.  It's not cultural, it's not religious, it's not all that political (though that is a factor more than the first two I listed), it's not anti-colonialism.  What gives?

It goes all the way back to the Cold War and the Indo Pakistan Wars. The West usually supported Pakistan and the USSR supported India.

I read some reviews after I read some posts on here liking it. Yea we’ll see what this larys guy develops into. I still haven’t had much of a cliff hanger feeling at the end of an episode since it began.

Like GOT and breaking bad I couldn’t wait for next week. With This show I’m constantly checking to see how much time is left

I have to ask. If you feel that way, why do you continue to watch it?

i didn't say my least favorite plot line - yes that was a beating.  but anything supernatural is typically a red flag for me.  the genius of the early seasons was that it was largely based in reality, even if it took place in a fantasy world.  it was a story about relationships, family rivalries, power, and politics.  the dragons didn't do much the first few seasons but get in the way.  then when they started becoming more of a factor, the show started...um...what's another word for sucking?

Not to be a bookfag but if they do follow the book. It's going to be what you liked about GOT on steroids.

Man I've read 16 episodes.  That's it.  the last 2 episodes covered quite bit.  I expect the next 2 chapters to jump to overdrive and cover too much to quick.  Worried we might get a GOT ending(rushed, nonsensical).  But I trust the AoT people.

You can find the current episode, without commercials like on Crunchy Roll or Hulu(the other streaming service for it) pretty easily if you want.

Yeah maybe they'll cut some of the fluff out, and just streamline it.  Like I said, we'll know the ending of the show before the ending of Manga...and that kind of sucks.

They say that the season finale title was leaked online yesterday. The title corresponds to chapter 116 in the magna. The end of that chapter ends in a cliff hanger. The magna will end on chapter 139 in April. And like you, I've haven't heard anything about a part 2 either.

Finally finished Demon Slayer.  Yep, that' good. Real Good.

The Slow burn of Attack on Titan Weekly is almost unbearable.  There's only 5 episodes left and SOOO much to cover.  Don't know how they're going to do it, but so far they've been really good at it.

They are going at about a 1 chapter per episode clip the last 3 weeks. They have to do a part 2. There's 30 more chapters they have to cover.

whitmer, demings, harris are probably my top 3, but nobody on that list would really bother me.  a slightly younger warren would be ideal if her senate seat wasn't an issue (still not clear how long it would be open/replaced by republican gov).  whitmer has a lot of heat, but she also seems to be the one who keeps saying she's not interested, so who knows.

if there's any weight to a vp helping with her state (or part of the country), then obviously demings or whitmer make sense (more sense than kamala).  geography aside, do any of these get you a bump in a demographic?  does demings or abrams help with african-american vote (does biden need help here?).  does klobuchar help with suburban women in the midwest?

for numerous reasons, this is an important vp pick.

if we were coming up with las vegas style odds of "who is the most likely president in june of 2022", the list would start with biden and trump, but i think #3 is whomever biden picks.  please don't fuck this up by doing something polarizing or otherwise stupid.

I could be wrong but wouldn't having Catherine Cortez Masto or Michelle Lujan Grisham on the ticket drive up the Hispanic vote in Texas , Nevada, and Arizona.

Yes I would think dropping out and not being personally responsible for tens of thousands of Coronavirus deaths of people who had to trudge to the polls to vote might make him slightly more sympathetic to the masses.

I would rep you again if I could.

Good summary, and I agree with most of it.

The raised dead in the crypts was the biggest disappointment for me.  We all knew it was coming, but I hate inconsistencies like this, especially when they aren't necessary.  The Starks may want to consider upgrading their coffins from papier-mâché to something a little more durable.

I actually like the Bran character, but he seems wasted for the most part, and his importance to Westeros and/or humankind has not been well developed or explained.  Thus, the Night King's motive was never convincing.  There needed to be a better reason why Bran would be targeted.

I completely understand why they made everything so dark, but it absolutely lessened the enjoyment, particularly regarding the dragon scenes.

I was disappointed that after a few minutes of silence when the last flaming sword was extinguished, there wasn't a charge of Dothraki wights on Winterfell.

I don't think he raised the dead in the crypts. The dead just burrowed through like they did when they attacked the 3 eye raven in season 6.

Great Movie. My wife started tearing up when she thought Tony was going down. Most likely Cap will die in the next one and a good possibility that IM does too. The best big budget villain ever. W was good.

Now we know what happened to the people from the Leftovers.

  12. In season 3, Elizabeth almost get caught by Stan's partner but escapes after busting him up pretty bad. They sit right across the dinner table from one another in the premier last week. How did he not recognize her?
