    Agreed.

How many teams talk up wins over the Super Bowl or World Series teams?

Yeah, it’s nice to know you can hang with them, but at the end of the day they took care of the business where you didn’t. Learn, and move on.

Cowboys fans after beating the Saints and Indy. It was embarrassing

I don't like how much success in softball depends on one player on your team.   It's like if a basketball team had a 9'6 400 lb guy who could run fast and shoot 90% from the FT line.

It's like youth tackle football and whoever has the fastest kid almost always wins.

Tiger was such a massive force that it's impossible to compare players as the eras are so different.

Basically any player today 35 or under was completely influenced by Tiger. These guys now are all in great shape and keep their bodies right for maximum performance. That Scottie competes almost every single week against such a large field of talented players is really impressive.

I saw some clip of John Daly being asked who he thought was the best player of all time. He said Jack had the best career, but TIger was the best ever. And he mentioned that during the Jack/Arnie era, there were only like 10 players that could actually win a tournament. The pool of talent was way lower. Right now, it's higher than it's ever been.

10 players that could win a tournament or a major?

100% serious question for our aggy friends here: What is the source of this delusion (and that is exactly what it is) that so many of the a&m faithful have that they and their university and their fans are somehow genuinely more virtuous than the Texas faithful? I've seen this theme repeated many times on texags, SECRant and even heard it in person from acquaintances multiple  times. It just flows forth from them as though it is established, obvious fact.

Seriously, @aggie08 or @bizzle or others? Also, any Horn fans here who have aggy friends - Have you come across this phenomenon and asked the question?

    I'm genuinely curious.

It's called Fish Camp and transfer camp, there's no escaping the brainwashing.

I don't think it's still in him, frankly. He's won twice since 2017 and it's been 3 years at that.

I think he could get his shit together and snag another major or two but he's nowehere close to doing that currently. He can't string 4 rounds together at the crappier Tour stops let alone a PGA.

When he had the chance at the PGA that he lost to Jason Day and Day was out driving him by 30-40 yards it fucking ruined him.
