  1. @midtwon You and your son both need to invest in full suits of quality riding gear - helmets, jackets, gloves, pants, and boots.  Your lessons are only the beginning.  Best wishes for a safe experience

FOR REAL Just for fun E. Jean’s attorneys should try to seize Mar-a-Lago if Trump owns ‘the club’.  I mean, for the laughs and whining….

Until he actually crashes, until he is actually fully and finally ruined, until he is in a cell or dead.....I maintain that

I think starting the 30-day window on appealing the judgment will ruin him.  He can't afford to put up a cash bond, and no one is going to underwrite a bond for him.

  4. It seems to me that the imminent filing of a judgment in the Leticia James Civil Fraud Trial will start a 30-day clock running during which Trump will have to either put up something like $500 million (the entire judgment amount, including accrued interest) in cash, or secure a bond in excess of that amount, in order to appeal Judge Engoron's judment and stay enforcement of the judgment, or pay the judgment in full in the amount of about $500 million.

It also seems to me that Trump does not have $500 million in cash and that he will not be able to obtain a bond in the amount required as bonding agents do not want real estate assets as collateral, and besides, bonding agents know Trump's nature and will not want to do business with him.

So it may be that enforcement of Judge Engoron's order may force Trump into bankruptcy or otherwise Trump will face seizure and liquidation of enough of his assets to satisfy the judgment.

I'm no lawyer, but this is what I gather from readings on the internet.

TL;DR - Judge Engoron's judgment, if enforced, will ruin Trump financially.

    Anybody see things working otherwise?

  5. I'm looking for someone to scan/model/print an axle/brake disk guard from a 40 year old Honda.  The item is about 6.75 inches by 2.75 inches by 1.5 inches overall and is about 1/8-5/32 inches thick.  It is molded from hard black plastic with some flexibility.  It has shrunken over time and cracked around its 2 mounting screw holes.  The item is not subjected to flexing when mounted and in use, but it is subjected to engine and road vibration.  The item is not subjected to any engine or other high temperatures, but is subjected to our high summertime air temperatures in its mounting position 1 foot above black asphalt roads.  Only the outer surface shown in the 4th/last photo is visible when mounted.

If this is something you would take on (for cash) please let me know.  Or if you know of someone who could do this job I'd appreciate a reference.

Did you have any interest in getting the letter from Colt? Admittedly it can get a little expensive the older/higher value firearm you submit. But, it is a neat document to have around when sharing good bourbon with friends.

    Not interested.

  7. The Queen of my safe - a ~1993 Colt Python Elite .357 Magnum, 6” barrel, satin blue.  The Python Elites were built in the Colt Custom Shop and include target sights and a beaver tail hammer.  I decided I had to get one someday after seeing Al Lettieri, “Rudy”, use one in Sam Peckinpah’s “The Getaway”.

  8. POS SPINEDC was at it again at The Woodlands Indian Springs shopping center today.  Backed in like a fucking douchebag, within the lines, but the high angle he parked at in a pretty wide space offends my sensibilities.  He should have kept it parallel to the lines if he wanted to get along with his neighbors.  Perhaps someone will park 2 inches away from him sometime.
