  1. I shot a couple of new guns to me this afternoon:

Springfield Saint AR.  Enjoyed shooting it even though I only put 50 rounds down range but had a pretty decent group even with just iron sights.  Granted I was only able to shoot 50 yards where I was (indoor range) but I was happy with the accuracy.  I like the gun but hate the giant "Saint" markings on the lower receiver.   I know it's pretty common for makers to emblazon their logo/brand on that part of the rifle but Springfield's is obnoxious.   I only shot 50 rounds from the Saint because I wanted to shoot their AK clone and...

I regret that.  Next up, I shot a Century Arms VSKA with a metal triangular stock and no padding.  45 rounds later and I think I gave myself a stinger in my right shoulder.  The sights sucked and I was all over the place accuracy wise.   Obviously, 7.62x39 is a whole different beast than 5.56 but I'm sticking to the smaller round for now.

If the trump wins, the only people who can work for the federal govt are people who pledge their loyalty towards Trump. This will go beyond the cabinet. I seriously believe that it will be anyone who has decision power in the federal govt.  sure, a mail carrier won’t have to make a pledge but any mgmt level will.

They've already said that's what they are going to do.  Trump wants to gut the civil service jobs and require fealty from all sorts of jobs.

  3. And one other question:

What does an ammo supply look like for an average shooter?  I have 500 rounds of 9mm right now.   I plan on picking up another 250-500 rounds in the next couple of days.

Depending on my financial situation (read: getting a job any time soon), I'll add an AR in 5.56 and maybe a PCC in 9mm.

If that’s what you want yes. Palmetto state has had the scorpion for $699 recently and that’s a good deal.

If you want something g similar I would expect deals to be had once the slowdown is in full swing.

Why would there be deals if there's a slow down?  Do you mean slow down in exports so U.S. buyers would benefit?

  5. Put 50 rounds through a suppressed CZ Scorpion today.  That was a lot of freaking fun.   I'll be in the market for a rifle/carbine at some point in the future.   Is there any reason not to consider a PCC like the Scorpion over an AR platform?   Sure, 5.56 has a better chance of defeating body armor but for my purposes (plinking mostly with the completely unlikely need for home defense) it seems like like having one ammo type is the best.

  6. I've put 300+ rounds through the new Walther so far.  I'm glad I went with the 5" instead of the 4.5" because I can really tell the difference in the recoil.  That really stood out this weekend when shooting with a friend who has a Sig 365 X Macro.  That thing is dinky.

I shoot way better with my Walther.

    So here's some pics.

You'll notice that when people do speak in tongues, they always (at least English speakers—the only group of tongue-speakers with which I've had interaction) use phonemes that are comprised of Baby's First Vocalizations. Because it's just gibberish, it's hard to improvise sounds that aren't in your native language. No English speaker of tongues is getting real Semitic phonemes out there. Just lots of "sha na na" and "manahaba" like shit. No complex diphthongs or consonant clusters. No uvular fricatives, voiced implosives, or clicks. Just basic baby bitch English nonsense

His time is worth more than that. I don’t think they would do that for pretty simple reasons that with the fine they could levy they could hire 10 people to do that hour of work.

I wish that the fine could escalate.   $1,000 for the average person is a lot.   Even for cash strapped Trump, that's nothing.  But if it escalated each time by a factor, that might shut his ass up.  But the current NY state law doesn't allow for that.

1000, 2000, 4000, 8000, 16000, 32000 and so on would put him in a world of hurt fairly quickly if he hit double digit contempt comments.

If this is the first conversation they’ve had on the subject the Secret Service is slipping.  A friend’s older brother, who I had met maybe 5 times, was applying to the Secret Service and I had an agent knock on my door and interview me for 20 minutes.

It is not the first conversation.   They are working the actual logistics on how/where/when sort of stuff.
