  1. Fill the tube half way, light with a torch, fill the rest of the way, hit again with torch in middle, lay on its side. Twice the smoke in half the time, it’ll burn both directions. We cold smoke 350lbs of sausage every year with this method. A bag of pellets is like $12.
  2. I think I’ll slice then vac seal. The degenerates that’ll be partaking in the meal will likely be plenty of beers deep and not give a shit about much as long as it tastes good.
  3. Thanks fellas. This is a one off for me. Headed to South Dakota on a fishing trip next week and won’t have the necessary tools available where we’re staying to smoke one on site.
  4. Refresh me on cooking one a week out. Cook, cool, vac seal, fridge or freezer?, reheat in boiling water or low oven?, slice, profit???
  5. No after pic and I’m in KS. Sent from my iPhone in another Galaxy
  6. We get some pretty cool views too. Here’s one from the house last night.
  7. Gella’s still shines brightly in our little town.
  8. I’m a simple guy, Hays is home.
  9. Yes, the Cawker City ball. Nothing to be sorry about, I love it here, it’s home. Not Cawker City proper though.
  10. I also live close to the largest.
  11. Stop at Robertson’s in Marietta (20 miles S of Ardmore) for a ham sandwich. Seriously.
  12. Granby Ranch 100 times out of 100 for me. Quiet, but can be in Winter Park in 15 minutes if you want. Can ski both places with ease.
  13. I’d recommend the cherry limeade vodka drink they have. It’s next level shit. I think I had about a dozen.
  14. Ate there 2 weeks ago. It was very good. Not a local, so unsure of the previous location but I’d recommend it.
  15. Any can’t misses within 30 or so mins of downtown Fort Worth? Take it easy on me, I’m not from around here.
