And some just can't vote for the Dem... they just can't!He could drop dead in the middle of 5th avenue this summer and not lose any votes. Some will vote for him in tribute, others because they won’t believe his death. Ratio? Who knows.

Or any of those things mentioned? Platforms used to include a plan to deal with the problems, but that takes work and expertise. The only thing the modern GOP scoffs at more than work, is expertise.Tell us, Mr. GOP, what do you intend regarding education? -
He loses the election in 2024. Years later he dies peacefully in his own bed, and your grandkids go Donald J. Trump Public Charter School?

Well, it was an imaginary cow... with a Twitter account.Wait, what? He sued a Cow?

They don't hate him. He's "one of the good ones". He's the shield that makes their racist policy, not racist. It's just a shame the woke mob cancel culture refused to eat at his restaurant. He probably still doesn't realize a shitload of MAGA hate him because of the color of his skin or his last name.

Every public stand they make should be followed with the question, "But how did you vote?". It's not like they aren't supporting every shit-heel policy that their scumbag colleagues support. They just want to go back to being shitty without all the attention the MAGA crowd draws. It is starting to feel more like a Republican civil war with some Republicans who have had enough of Trump willing to take a bit of a public stand. I fear it will be way too-little-too-late, though.- 2

I am a bit surprised not to see John Carter's name. As much as he features Trump on his mailings, you'd think he'd be first to fall in line. For anyone curious about who voted against Ukrainian aid, here are the Texas Congress critters:

We have a speaking engagement with like-minded people...Shit, my bad. It looked like he got in the front seat, and the other guy was in the back filming. But now I see that dude had a beard in the front seat. I gotta get my new glasses.
Anyway, still a dumb move on Kyle's part. Those students were remarkably self-restrained. I would have thrown something at his head or at least spit on his face.
Anybody gets constipated today at work after lunch today, here's Kyle's speaking agent's phone number. Make up a pretend event that you want Kyle to make an appearance at, he's fun to fuck with:

Why don't we exile more people? Remove their citizenship status? Ban their SSN? Send like something that should happen to people convicted of "light" treason. Give them a time limit to exhaust all appeals/ leave the country, then tell them GTFO or choose from a list of countries well dump them off in.
To be honest with you, that might be worse than prison for most of these people. I know I'd be up shits creek.
I've often wondered why this wasn't done to Confederate leaders (I know, I know, white supremacy). -
They're making sure that the Tim Tebows of West Texas will still be able to be part of Friday Night Lights... AND their parents will get a voucher to help pay for their totally legit homeschooling curriculum.
ok... not really sure how that pertains to my statement you quoted -
Home schooled kids can get a voucher and participate in the local ISD's extracurriculars.
This is nowhere near the hierarchy of importance or maybe it is because Texas, but when this push for vouchers really started to make waves, I wondered what impact will it have on rural Texas town high school football. Could vouchers be the end of Friday Night Lights as we know it? -
I think I hear everybody from almost every state say something to this effect.Apart from Madison and Milwaukee, Wisconsin is Idaho.

^^^^Apologies to the ladies on the site that have rightfully corrected us when we use appearance as a punch line, but I saw the joke, and I made it. I'd do it again.

So I assume he was screwing around with a firearm in Glacier NP. He shot himself in the arm, paid a fine. He's an idiot that doesn't need to be in a leadership position, but no big deal... I guess.
But how does that connect to his time in Afghanistan? If he shot himself in GNP, why would a NPS Ranger give a shit about a earlier shooting in Afghanistan? If he was shot in Afghanistan, how would being shot in Glacier NP(6700 miles away) be an effective cover story to protect his comrades from Afghanistan?
I'm sure it's somehow Joe Biden's fault.- 1

No liquid smoke? This belongs in the pictures of the ribeye thread.Since we’re now on an egg roll tangent, I present these

If a genie gave me a box that magically produced Chili's chips, salsa, and SW eggrolls, I would use a wish to grant him his freedom.I haven't been in a Chili's in probably 20 years. Do they still have the southwestern egg rolls? Because if they do, I'm gonna have to roll up and get me some.

Karens never think that they're the Karens. Every problem in the world is someone else's doing. Every unhappiness they feel is due to some wrong. The only way they know to deal with that unhappiness is to spread it to other people.Right-wing politics is basically just cancel culture writ large.
Modern "Conservatism" isn't about politics or policy, it's about dumping negative feelings. It should be called Karenism.- 2

Baytown still won't give that one up.I bet some people on this board grew up driving on a road or educated in a school named after a traitor (Robert E. Lee)

And none of the religions mentioned should have any part in deciding public policy. @Willfully Horn isn't arguing that of course, but if you're wondering what a Christian Nationalist is... it's a person that wants to give that power to their church while denying that power to other churches.Happy Easter! The resurrection of the son, aligned with the resurrection of the sun, imbued with the magic of transformation! And chocolate eggs!
Louder? Don’t you Quaker, bro?

Pardon my serious reply, but I don't think she does. I don't think she believes in any of it. She's a nihilist that's found a way to monetize her lack of decency. She thinks that Uncle Ruckus is the protagonist in Boon Docks, doesn’t she.- 3
