They play OSU if they win, UGA is their third game (we all know they are losing to Miami though)

Don't get me wrong I'd love to see Miami beat the aggy, but I don't see anything within their body of work that would lead me to believe they'll win that game on the road. Ohio St will demolish the aggy, it won't even be close.

  2. I was not surprised by the Baxter news. He's never been the same after numerous injuries. He seemed hesitant and slow in 2025, Wisner had moments where he shined like the OSU, OU and A&M games. Baxter was all around ineffective. Wishing him the best of luck at his next stop.

  3. Notre Dame is accustomed to always getting their way. They even had a special tie-in with the BCS. Notre Dame's SOS was #44 according to ESPN, should've played a tougher schedule.

  4. Social media has been running rampant with a bunch of retards claiming that Texas played a soft schedule full of cupcakes, some even say it was the easiest schedule in the conference. Where are these clowns getting their facts from? According to ESPN Texas had the 4th most difficult schedule in the SEC and the 6th in the entire country. What about the dozen teams behind Texas? What about Ole Miss? If any team deserves heat for a pathetic schedule it's Ole Miss.

  5. 4 Top 10 teams lost yesterday and 9 Top 25 teams lost. Easily could've been 10 ranked teams losing. Texas is wasting a championship caliber defense, they had a bad game against UF but they've dominated in every other contest throughout the season. Collin Simmons hit his stride beginning in the OU game...he's been a wrecking ball with 5.5 sacks in 2 games. This is the best special teams unit Texas has had since I can remember. If Shipley was the kicker last season Texas would've won the SEC championship game where Bert choked and missed numerous field goals, he nearly blew the ASU game as well.

The OL is terrible. The run game is unreliable. Receivers aren't getting any king of consistent separation and dropping passes.  Arch doesn't look like a 5 star, he looks like an FCS  QB. Kentucky is the worst team in the SEC and it took overtime and some big returns on special teams to get past them. Where did things go wrong with this offense? Is it the scheme? Play calling? Recruiting misses? Is it largely on the QB? In 2010 Texas began the season ranked #5 and we all know the disappointment involving that cluster fuck of a season. This season hits differently because Texas opened as the preseason #1. Losing to Florida was the final nail in the coffin for playoff hopes, I don't foresee Texas winning out. This is shaping up to the most disappointing season of the modern era.

    What’s the story here?

I thought it was odd he didn’t get any snaps at Florida. Figured Sark would have given the hometown kid some run at the Swamp.

Fumble history. More of a short yardage back. With a healthy Wisner/Baxter he'd be 3rd on the depth chart at best. Incoming 5 star recruit in the 26 class, Wisner/Baxter will likely be back in 26. Gibson likely seen the bigger picture and preserved his redshirt to find playing time elsewhere.

I think they lose to Mizzou and Bama. Big.

Tennessee and LSU are paper tigers.

Ole Miss is the big pivot game.

I understand your sentiment, OU was ALSO a paper tiger waiting to be crumbled. Michigan as it turns out is mid, Underwood has a lot of growth to undertake. Their other P4 win was vs Auburn a team presently 0-3 in the SEC and they needed a blown call to get by said team.

That's called lack of self-awareness. He needs to visit TexAgs.

Just wait. His demeanor will shift once they begin that brutal 5 game run to conclude their season. I won't be surprised if they finish that stretch 1-4.

  9. Last season was his peak at PSU. They played the majority of the weakest teams in the playoffs. Their path to the semis was easier than anyone else's. Franklin is Ohio State's bitch, he folds in big games time after time. Ever since the Oregon game they've been in a free fall, they may not even become bowl eligible.

this is another "save my corch!", season making type game on the road.  Kentucky isn't nearly as talented as Florida but Sark/PK/Flood better be chewing ass again this week. OU game is over.

Anything can happen on the road. Last season Alabammer lost to Vandy, Ole Miss dropped a home game to Kentucky, LSU lost to the aggy, the Vols lost to Arky. I'm sure there were more upsets, just can't think of them. I'm hoping that was the one and only upset that Texas experiences. That Florida loss was humiliating enough. They're talented, but they're also ass.

  11. They wanted you gone #3. They said you disappeared in big games #3. They said Arch was better #3 and couldn't wait until you got out of the way and transferred or declared for the draft. They said you cost Texas a shot at a national championship last season #3. The best years of Texas football since 2008 and they said it wasn't because of you #3, it was in spite of you. Here we sit at 3-2 and the "Golden boy", the "Prodigy" can't even beat a terrible 1-3 team on the road and missed wide open receiver after wide open receiver. Unfortunately for Arch the Gators had more teeth than the likes of UTEP. Here we sit wondering how badly we'll be embarrassed by OU, UGA and probably the aggy as well. Arch is Charmin soft, a total pussy. I couldn't imagine Texas being 3-2 with #3 at QB. To those of yall who wanted #3 gone I can proudly say fuck yall bunch of bitches. Instead of being on a path to the playoffs Texas is on a path to the Mayo bowl. Congrats fags, yall got what you wanted. Arch is your QB so fucking cry about it.

James Franklin is 4-21 vs Top 10 teams. What a colossal fraud. They're gonna get beat down by Ohio State as usual  so that record will become even worse.
