I was just thinking this the other day, He has become one of them. He talks more about the aggy ring than anything else it. He's a t-shirt fan.

Fisher is a very proud man, he is telling them what they want to hear at first but he will become stubborn upon his ways after a of couple seasons pass by and the honeymoon will wear out.  That's when the fun will truly begin because the conflict between him and the fans will be great, especially after inking that ridiculous contract.  I doubt he will hit the ten win category anytime soon so the fan base will probably start doubting his credentials after a few mediocre seasons, and Jimbo starts blaming losses on facilities and other stupid shit supposed to doing personal accountability.  Yet again aggy and personal accountability\ethics really isn't their thing seeing how their honor code is out the window.

The $75m guaranteed is just a neat fun bonus, you see

Jimbo is such a philanthropist, he is a Sexton client; he also will continue to squeeze more and more money out every place he is at.  He did it at FSU, even with subpar results some seasons, and he will do it again at aggie.   On a side note, this description is also priceless because Bobby made FSU from a nothing school into a Big Name in college football; if what this poster believes what he typed, he is essentially acknowledging that the Texas A&M football program is a nobody.

$75 million guaranteed.  Plus New Zealand.

I doubt they have thought of this strategy, if so they would have probably put Australia Champs on the wall already

Speaking of which can you imagine aggies playing Risk?

A&M: like Vandy except dumber and with uglier women.

Vandy actually won a Championship in a worthwhile sport during our lifetimes, this isn't the best example to use

Don’t  Forget they also won national championships this past year for Uno, Jenga, and Monopoly

No way that is accurate, all of those games require strategy

  6. I work with the Military in my job as a governmental contractor; my new office is across the street from the US AFA and I interact with the likes of Fort Carson, Peterson AFB, and many other bases across the Western United States on a routine basis.  I was speaking to a Colonel because he heard I transferred from the San Antonio to Colorado Springs (he lived a while in Texas too).  I had to ask him his view of Texas A&M, and his response; "oh them, yeah they are the ones who park in the handicap spot in life; not because they are injured but because they are REAL special folks down there".   Just thought y'all would like to hear that; and before that aggy poster claims the Colonel probably was a "sip" he actually had a scholarship to play football at Maryland and was from Virginia before enlisting.

    PHRASING

The irony of this is that once players at FSU realized Jimbo was a paper tiger they started to do whatever the hell they wanted.  Give them about a couple seasons, they will figure it out.  Also he does play favorites and will kiss their respected ass see the Winston debacle or Cook.

I’m going to be impressed if that O-Line doesn’t get Starkel hurt again.

Koda Martin back to starting LT? Yeah......

Will more than likely happen, Jimbo's offense requires multiple reads which causes the QB normally spend too much time resulting into sacked.  That's half the reason why Winston was so successful, he was one of the few FSU QB's which can make all of the necessary reads in Jimbo's offense without getting killed (although he also got lucky on many scrambles throughout his career).  I wouldn't be surprised if Starkel gets lit up, hope they got a back up and a solid line otherwise these QB's are gonna get eaten up by many of the defenses on their schedule (especially Clemson and Bama's all pro lines).

I know this doesn't really add anything to the convo, but have never met a normal person who was an aggy. Something is always off about them. Why is that? Were they just born that way?

Only lived in Texas for a few years however outside an Incarnate Word graduate, he (an aggy) was the only one I have ever spoken with who bakes his steaks completely to well.  At least the Incarnate Word guy still seared his steak but come on man!?!!
