  1. Last house I had I bought drapes that had grommets on the top and bottom. Bought vinyl coated steel wires, clamps and eye hooks and ran them thru the top and bottom grommets. This kept the drapes from blowing in the wind enabled us to fully open or enclose our patio by sliding the drapes open or close. When bad wind occurred I’d just slide the drapes to the side and strap them to our pergola posts.

new house we had a company come out and built custom sized motorized shades for our patio. They fit tight all around ceiling, sides and floor of our patio to create walls that keep bugs, sun and weather out. Operate them on schedule or by mobile device.

How are they packaged?  Like you get dill pickles and dip them in ranch?  Or it's a jar of ranch dressing with a bunch of dill pickles at the bottom?  Or they inject dill pickles with ranch kinda like a pimento olive?  I don't like ranch dressing but I could see the flavor profile going well with a dill pickle.  But I don't understand the logistics.

I imagine powdered ranch added a jar of pickles.

Whatever happened to the guy we signed when Zuerlein was hurt? Forbath maybe? He was perfect on all his FGs and XPs. And they were mostly true from my memory. No doubt about-ers. We went right back to Zuerlein when he returned.

No idea why Dallas is not taking this position more seriously. NFL has to be the #1 sport when it comes to margin for error. So many of these games are decided by less than a score and kicking means so much in the end. We are a few weeks left for the season and still scrambling to find someone.

Maher was let go for a reason. And yet here we are, with him being named as the #1 guy close to the opener.

I think forbath hurt his leg and hasn’t played since

If the store doesn't have a cart rack within 5 or 6 spaces I put the front wheels on the curb to keep it from rolling and drive off.  I'm not going to inconvenience myself on this subject.

Once I got the gist of the videos I stopped watching, but is he going to cart-shame a woman who just put her infant in the car seat on a 95 degree day too?  Is he pissed she doesn't push the cart 80 feet from her car with the baby alone inside?  Sure there's a lot of lazy people around but you can live on in spite of them.

He deserves what's coming to him.  Ain't nobody going to think he's some kind of hero.

I'm guilty of the curb prop only if the corral is really far away and I have both of my kids with me. Both of my boys (11 and 6) have zero spatial awareness when they're together so first thing I do is get them loaded up in the truck so I can unload the groceries without fear of them horsing around and getting squished by a car. I also don't want to go on a hike with the cart to return it and chance some Karen seeing me do this and call the cops/cps for leaving my children unattended.

Then y’all should cruise the lot for 30 waiting for a spot close to a corral to open up..

I have nothing for you. I've had 4 kid drivers (3 boys and 1 girl - all 2 years apart).  Still covering them all (18-24 years of age). Think we were paying like 1200 for the 4 of them thru usaa.  USAA dropped us because 2 boys and the girl had 1 or more accidents. Jesus Christ, our son launched his car into the trees coming back from a weekend in college station.  Daughter has had "2 deer" accidents. Other son is on his 4th car I think (2 his fault - also, requires a little help due to brain cancer fuckin him over). Our youngest son has had no accidents or tickets.

Can't wait to get them off my shit.

When my son was working with the recruiter (he was in excellent shape, worked in a lumberyard and went to the gym) the recruiting office was holding "get in shape" sessions at 0500 every morning.  They were out there with the prospective recruits, helping them have a chance to succeed.

Think that’s pretty common. We were running regularly with the recruiters prior to leaving for boot camp. I’m sure it impacted their pay/bonus in some way.

Why can't they take the obese ones and get them in shape through boot camp and drop them if they don't make weight?

Also, 6'3" 130 wtf was wrong with you?

In the marine corps they do. They put them in conditioning platoons. It extended their boot camp by weeks. I felt bad for those dudes because the standard 13 week boot camp was enough for me.

The Eagles running all over WFT.  I thought that WFT was supposed to have one of the top young DLs in the league.  Are they all out with the Covid?

Yeah, their defense was supposed to be the shit this year. I know they lost chase for the year, but I also think they have lost a lot along the line.

I made poke last night 395d4b3b8d80afd26493a48e2936583b.jpg

That looks great. I want to start making poke and sushi at home. Educate me on what fish to select from the grocery. I prefer tuna and salmon and as I understand sushi grade in the US means deep frozen for some period of hours. What do I ask for from the butcher, at say H‑E‑B, if I want tuna or salmon for sushi in order to get the right fish? Which types of tuna and salmon are best?

Since I missed happy hour yesterday, how about a full moon pix. Sorry, not getting up out of my chair & walking down to the dock. 56c4659705ebd62a8cadd3989e181673.jpg

I don’t blame you. Great view. Maybe replant that tree on the left even further left :)

Agree 100 percent on watching Card live. He definitely has a long way to go in terms of pocket presence and command of the offense. Certainly showed flashes though, and I don’t remember any wtf type bad throws, though that TD to Brewer was actually pretty risky.

Live I thought it was risky too. I think I remember seeing the replay and he purposely threw it low. Looked like a good, smart throw but I had several beers in me.  I’m wanting to watch the replay, but waiting until this weekend is over. Damn, this weekend was fun
