  1. If we're going to surprise them with our physicality we're going to need to clean up the tackling this week. Our DBs looked weak and uninspired when it came to tackling receivers. Also it would be nice if a LB outside of Ossai showed up. They have a huge advantage in that department.

The magnitude of this game is going to be pretty crazy. The young dbs are going to be amped so hopefully composure and decision making will be stressed as well.

    Thought you were moving soon?

2 things will determine it. Interest rate and being able to get a building permit.

I have 3.5% on my mortgage.

If I cant get an add on permit then there is no point of staying in the house. Wife and 2 growing girls with 1 bathroom isn't feasible anymore. We bought the house with the intent of adding on when the time came. But we had no idea about the subdivision plat bs.

  3. Material and delivery. I will spread it myself. Thinking of using clean septic rock.

Closest non crusher place has it at $33.86 per yard. Delivery will be ~$115 per 18yrd load. $725+tax per load. This seems a bit expensive. Finding providers is my biggest problem. Closest quarry would be in Georgetown and I am not sure if ready mix plants sell/delivery rock.

Knees, back, and shoulders are absolutely shot. I also have what I fear may be the effects of repeated head injuries. I was only diagnosed with one concussion ever- in the 8thgrade (1996)- but I've had many, many more than that.

Its crazy what the shit can do to ya. All of my ailments came after the game but I have a feeling my powerlifting days will come back to haunt me soon.

Watched the Ronnie Coleman story on Netflix and the years of heavy lifting has him fuckered pretty good.

I hope nothing else pops up on you from the glory days.

Fags are wanting a rivalry so bad its pathetic. They view it as.. well our rival is blueblood powerhouse, so if we beat them then we are badass relevant. Or if we can hang with our blueblood powerhouse rival then that means we are pretty good. And since our blueblood powerhouse rival is in the SEC WEST...well that just means we are better than everyone else.

Fuckers are like equipment managers...Wash jock straps, wish they could hang out with the football players, and will tell out of town chics...yea I am on the football team.

Any videos of the punch on this handicap man? Or is it just a rumor popping up?

hmm not sure if the handicap guy is in it but there is video of the fight.

  7. The home I purchased was a pretty good deal. It was a 2001 1500sqft 3bed 1 bath on 3 acres. But we knew eventually we would out grow it and bought it with the intent of adding on. Was going to pay on the principle for a few years until my lil girls got old enough to where the 1 bath was going to be a pain in the ass. The girls are 6 & 5 now so it wont be much longer until the 1 bath isn't going to cut it anymore. So when the time comes we would refi and use the equity to add on.

This is my dilemma. First time home buyer. Survey was provided. Cool! Financed some solar panels and the company went to get the permit but the county denied it. They say I need a subdivision plat because the original property was 10 acres that was split into 3 properties. My property was the 2nd split and it was for a family member. So I am currently paying for solar panels that I don't have. If I would have known this crap beforehand I would have never went for the panels. How the fuck is a homebuyer supposed to know this kind of crap unless you are in the real estate game? I haven't pressed the issue because I don't want to hear what they have to say honestly. The county didn't seem to recognize the situation and offer assistance. Just said you need a plat..have a good day.

But yet my neighbor(3rd property) got a permit for his septic several years ago.

I understand doing your job but I live way out in the sticks and this means nothing to you(the lady at the county).

So I have a feeling when the time comes to add on, I will have to face this bs again! So I will probably have to sell all because of a permit.

  8. As a friend or neighbor..2(money wise) is all you get from me. I am not a charity and you are an grown adult. Handle your business!

I would clearly state that this is the last time that he will get money from me.

I would not expect to be repaid nor would I seek it.

Outside of money, if you are in my circle of life...anytime, anyplace!!

Also something of note, depends when your purchase was, you're looking at a (probably) higher rate.  Depends when you bought and when you refinance but just something to weigh vs how much you need/get out.

Bought in 2012. Been eyeing the interest rates and it wouldn't be viable to do it right now. Also, I still a survey dilemma that I havent sorted out yet. Been lazy, hate downtown, and don't feel like putting up with city officials bs! They are not exactly the helping, friendly kind of people. Because of the survey, we might end up just selling.

  10. Probably 7th. Wash and Penn are dropping. WVU will probably drop below us as well because SOS. Georgia will remain ahead. LSU will probably jump us. Michigan could murk things up also.
