I’d say this is equal to Demas flipping, not “way bigger”.

Lol what? A composite top 10 player that’s out of state that would push our class to top 3 and would most likely be granted immediate eligibility is definitely bigger then a prima dona, dime a dozen Demas.

The most pertinent question IMO is will Murray get to see his NFL draft position before having to decide whether or not to honor his contract with the A's.  If so, it's a no lose proposition to declare for the NFL draft.  If he falls to the 3rd of 4th round he just plays baseball.

Word from a LOT of the draft scouts is that they believe (and are hearing from GM’s) that Kyler is almost guaranteed to go first round this draft, especially with the reaching NFL teams love to do for QBs in round 1. Will create a very interesting predicament for the Murray’s. I imagine that QB is the one position in the NFL that would make it nearly impossible to play another sport because of time commitment and the amount teams invest into the position.

Jake Smith's numbers so far.  32 TDs by mid October:

    78 carries for 660 yards and 14 TD’s (8.4 YPC)
    37 receptions for 836 yards and 17 TD’s (22.5 YPC)
He also has a return TD.

    32 TDs total.

He’s gonna be a heisman contender here, I feel like he is so slept on with the national analysts

Just got back from the game.

All things considered, we played well. Damn near covered the spread even though Baylor couldn’t stop the run with a QB who they knew wasn’t gonna run. Proud of the defense.

You picked a great game to not have to listen to the garbage coming out of the announcers mouths

I love watching him play.  He’s the most instinctual player we’ve had on the 40 in quite some time.  It’s not like the QBs are throwing him the ball to his chest like Robinson did on the Brandon Jones interceptions.  Sterns is tracking and breaking on the ball while it’s in the air.  He’s a straight up ball hawk.  Let’s also not forget, he would have had another interception if it were for Davante Davis running into him mid air.  Forget which game that was.

Was listening to a podcast and they refer to him as “ The Wolf of DKR”... love it haha.

Not gonna blame Davis on that one, he was actually in better position to catch it than Caden..

Yeah but who would you trust more to actually catch that ball and make a play?

    He already is.

His is arm is live as shit. He drills the ball wherever he wants. His WRs are taller, so he fires line drive bullets just above the hands of the DBs, but where his WRs can snag it.

Daniels is supposed to be a freshman in college. He turned 18 last spring. He should be a freshman.

For real, more people should be pointing this out. Daniels’ parents held him back in the 8th grade for athletic reasons, so he was supposed to be in the class he ended up graduating with. I’m tired of announcers freaking out about how he “should be in highschool right now!!! Omfg!!!”
