  1. That's right spy. She sure as hell isn't playing very well and needs to hope Suarez gets tight and gets the break back. Who was the singer that Anna Kournikova was fucking back in the day? Before Enrique

  2. Yeah believe so. Vujicic or something. Yeah Roddick hit that shit back around our last national championship with VY. I know because i know Andy's older brother John, who use to run a bunch of tennis clinics in the area back then.

She dated someone 10 years ago, some singer I think, who reported she’s actually quiet in bed. Don’t know why I remember reading that...I guess just the surprise factor and assumption that she would be loud in bed

I think that was the Maroon 5 guy. I know Roddick and Dimitrov have hit that. And some basketball player.

In order to have a good meltdown the fan base has to be in either the denial or anger stage of grief.  It's pretty obvious that most of our fan base has passed those stages and are in either the depression or acceptance stage now.

I was in denial drinking the kool-aid, angry as a motherfucker Saturday, and yeah now have accepted our suckage and am very depressed because i know our coaching staff doesn't know what the hell they are doing and unfortunately aren't going away anytime soon.

  5. i happened to see the 1st Sam thread and can't believe i'm saying this but i agree with Derka as well. Nothing in that one that he did that should have resulted in pulling it.

With that being said, Derka has taken it too far since with the bitching and whining. I'm all for free speech bud, but sometimes you've just got to let it go. Don't be childish and run away from the site though. And interesting observations there from Vine regarding 52-80.

liked but did not love s2.  much like s1.  some solid plotlines, but some unnecessary distraction with some lesser side-stories.

a few episodes in, as soon as the snell woman was talking about wanting a baby (not any adoption or foster, but needed to be a baby), the wife and i both kinda looked at each other, and were like, "well there's only one baby on the show, so let's see how they shoehorn this poor kid into that nightmare".  a few episodes later, the ridiculous kidnapping plot.  yeah, could've done without that.  they also seemed like they were gonna use that to show bateman's total breakdown, but that only lasted a few minutes.

ditto the emancipation storyline.  didn't add much for me, except to show that wendy continues to not listen, and just goes and threatens people (like her daughter's smug lawyer).  this was definitely the showcase laura linney for an emmy season.  she was more of the main character.

my other main gripe was with ruth.  they built her so brilliantly up through s1 and parts of s2, but then she goes against character when she gets with her dad to try to steal marty's money.  (wasn't the whole reason they gave the money back in s1 because they knew they didn't want to cross the cartel?).  so anyhow, she decides she's gonna partner with her dad, the sloppiest criminal in the state, digs thru the funeral home, etc.  then has some big breakdown to her dad about being a screw-up.  so i'm thinking yeah, she's sly, she's playing her dad, i wonder what her end game is (thinking maybe she was setting him up to go back inside).  but there wasn't one.  she was just being an idiot, which she had previously shown not to be.  all the langmore stuff (especially the dad) was a waste to me this season.

the push-thru to getting a 14th casino in missouri seemed a little too easy, but i guess wendy is just that much of a badass.  also that riverboat looked tiny.  looks like they'll have a whole new enemy next season.  should be interesting.  i wonder what happens when the kc mob goes up against the navarro cartel.

also jonah stole the fucking show.  every scene with him was great all season.

    Spoiler

Good analysis Gandorf. Agree with all of it. That last family picture at the end was fitting. Wendy has turned in to the cold ass evil one who enjoys what she's doing and was purposely put right next to Jonah, who also has that ruthless i want this crime lifestyle and can flourish in it smirk. You could see it when Wendy spoke to the kids there right near the end. On the flip side, Bateman and the daughter are the moral ones who are struggling with this because they are more human. They just can't accept these dirty deeds.
