Bobby said Georgia and Bama kids are giving the instate team a bit of a discount with regards to NIL.

We will see how badly Sark and co want certain guys if we continue to miss on our targets.  Already thrown the hate in the ring with Cooper from Florida.  And, now, it sounds like we are driving up the price for Lott.

Street goes both ways.  Florida spends more on Guervil, then Texas has that resource freed up for someone else.

Does anyone freaking out honestly think we've ever had a better roster for football than we do today?

    I believe that's called a:

Some of you may have been around to see some of the filming of this movie. Lucky bastards if so.

    1. hate massages because they're painful

    2. don't take your undies off because?

    3. can't help getting a boner because a woman is touching you

    1. - get a new masseuse or just fucking tell them to ease up. They literally ask you how you want it in detail before you start.

    2. - what are you 12?

    3. - what are you 12?

I just can’t take this post seriously with that avatar. I like it though.

With Tom Herman currently unemployed, who are the biggest asshole HCs in CFB? I’m not talking about doichebags like Riley. I mean real assholes.

Brian Kelly seems like easily the biggest one. He’s killed a guy, he’s permanently condescending, he screams constantly at everyone on the sidelines. How could anyone look forward to playing for that dickhead? He’s really easy to dislike and root against.

I think you answered your own question correctly. But some posters are bringing up currently unemployed coaches. Who's your pick? Biff Poggi? Tom Herman? I think Bo Pelini wins this one by a nose.

We no longer need Phillips since we now hace two 5 star safeties. But Mathis would be great. Williams is meh.

Agree about Zion Williams. His highlight reel wasn’t impressive. Sure he is an immovable object (wouldn’t hate to see him in short yardage situations) but he doesn’t move around laterally well and seems to spend no time in the backfield. I watched him when he played against Ball a few weeks ago and I didn’t see him have a single impact play.

  5. It seemed to happen as he was tackled late in the 2nd quarter on a beautiful interception and return around the Barbers Hill 10 yd line. Ball ended up losing its Homecoming game 62-60 in 4 OTs. Would’ve won it for sure if Jonah hadn’t gotten hurt.

Do we expect him to stick at safety? He seems like an even more explosive version of Overshown to me

I've watched every game he's played this season, some by streaming but a few in person including last night. One thing is for sure, we should really consider giving him some touches in special teams and/or offense packages. He's a threat to take it to the house every time he touches the ball. I know that he's not playing the most elite Texas HS teams, but there's no doubt he is elite and I can't wait to see how he looks on the 40.

BTW, Zeus mentioned the INT. It was a thrown on target and would have been a big first down in the red zone at a time when PAM was still very much alive in the game. Jonah went up high and just wanted it more. He absolutely Mossed the WR and it's a sin if it doesn't show up on NFL Countdown (I wish I had video of it). I know Randy Moss loves WRs, but I would bet big that we would be excited to have this play on his segment. And it all happened about 15 yards directly in from of where Sark was standing. The only person with a better view than Sark was the poor, dumb bastard WR that got Mossed.

BTW, he hits harder than anyone Texas has had since Quentin Jammer. Glad he's gonna play for the good guys.

Question 17: Jwhitt said deandre moore would be a leader have you seen that?

He is the leader of that room, he is the captain of the WR room for sure. Studied everything about JWhitt from playbook to diet, to body to recovery to special teams work etc. It's paying off. The play he blocked for tre he got rewarded with a td 3 plays later. Jwhitt was spot on.

This is an awesome summary, thanks immamac! I am quoting the part that made me happiest. You love to see it when we still benefit from guys who've moved on to the NFL. Culture, baby!
