I wouldn't pay more than $60 after tax for one, but that's partly because I don't think it's that great. Some people pay $100+ and are happy to do so.
Thanks, the ones they have are around $105 if I remember correctly but I'll have to double check

I couldn't find anything through the search but is there a site or app for bourbon msrp's you guys regularly rely on? I found two EHT small batches at a place by my house but I think they're way over priced.

Brown gets low leverage in the majority of the snaps and is strong as shit with plus athleticism. Once he cleans up getting too far downfield on some plays then he'll be cookin with gas.

How does it work as a player? Can they just go get any sweatshirt, Tee, shoes, jacket they want? Are they issued a team kit? Is there a closet like at work with all the branded stuff that somebody has a key to?
Yes, yes and yes

Smart move for Gabriel
Oregon gets to keep the train moving. Eventually they'll need to have qb that went to high school in the 2020's though

I'm glad I'm not the only one whose ability to ingest massive amounts of pizza pie has diminished over the years.
I would kill an entire Hot-and-Ready for our pre-game meal before football games. Probably one of the many contributing factors to me riding the bench, along with being small and slow.

Under the parameters set in the OP, I say I'm only going to eat 2 but usually end up eating 4-5 depending on hunger level.

Depends- what's acceptable? WE went from about 8.1 for the national average to about 7.1 in the last 40 days. Good solid borrowers can get something that starts with a 6 in front of it for most deals right now I would say- so we've seen a lot of the air come out of the balloon. If I'm betting some point in 2024 I'm locking people with a 5 in the rate somewhere- even if that's not the national average. My bet is that there will be a 4 in most people's rates I work with before the midterm 26 election. If you put a gun to my head my bet is that it all unwinds faster rather than slower.
Thanks for the reply. I'm guessing the 5's and less would be ideal budget-wise, we could swing that and have a substantial amount more breathing room which would be nice. RBFCU for example is still in the 7's so I don't know how long I should expect to hold out to get into the 5's.

For our family, the goal was to get a construction loan to start building this year. I Haven't applied yet but have an excellent credit score, just wondering what the rates will drop to an acceptable level or if I'm fucked indefinitely.

Thank the fuck Christ it's our last time ever playing at Jerry World. Fuck his ticket prices, his 55 dollar minimum parking over at the rangers parking lots, his "buy a 75 dollar permit online to park closer" bullshit and fuck the city of Arlington with their no public transportation! At least when we make the SEC title game in the future the Mercedes Benz Stadium is easier to get to(is literally in downtown ATL) and has better prices parking wise or we could walk to the stadium.
I heard a blip from Erin Hogan that they're hosting the show from J. Gilligan's that morning and will have free shuttle rides to the stadium from there, so that might be an option. Not sure what we'll do yet.
But yes, Arlington sucks ass and I would never set foot in that city otherwise. In fact, I lived in Dallas proper for 12 years and only ventured there twice to meet up with friends who were working in Ft. Worth and to go to a Ranger game.

I know this isn't the point of the post, but I genuinely had no idea Malcolm Epps ended up at Pitt.
To the point, that hit was super shitty and Khari Johnson should be done for the year.

Our beer scene is great. Surprised to see a general negativity about Midwestern beer though. Minnesota, Wisconsin, Missouri, and Illinois all have some seriously excellent breweries.

Am I uncouth because I never use a straw at a restaurant or fast food place? I don't understand why I would worry about germs in a glass if I'm not worried about germs on the plate or utensils they are providing me.
I'm the same way and my wife thinks I'm crazy. Having worked in the service industry in various roles while I was in college, the cups are the LEAST of my concerns.

There's loads of that stuff on the shelves here in SA. Apparently the last price increase on it turned a lot of people off so now there's a surplus. I haven't tried it
