So...
QuoteCoach Riley called me, he’s always upfront with me and keeps it real and said he’s looking at a couple guys and Jalen Hurts is visiting soon. He said we need an older quarterback in the room and I have no problem with that and I agree with him.”
Darn, another talking point debunked.

I'm sure Tom would have had no problem with him transferring to OU. Definitely wouldn't have blocked it.

At a certain point, this has to hurt their recruiting at QB, right?
Yes the heismans and first round picks are bound to hurt them at some point.

Count me among those that thinks Hurts is a threat at OU. But sooner or later OU has to stop the one year QB rentals and actually develop someone. This doesn’t seem sustainable...but maybe it is under the new transfer protocols.
Mayfield was at OU for 4 years. Murray was at OU for 3 years. Try again.

And exposes the ignorance of many on this board that believes Lincoln Riley runs the classic pass first Air Raid offense.
You can't argue with anyone on here. They always move the goalpost.

You clowns still think OU is air raid? Y'all got out-rushed in both games last year. They averaged nearly 10 more rushing attempts than passing attempts last season.

Other than Wease and Haselwood, who is the other? Bridges isn't a 5*
You've been making a very strong case today for dumbest poster on this site. Well done.

Beat usc head to head, beat ou and win the sugar bowl over Georgia and he picks no bowl usc. We never had a shot.
It’s almost like recruiting is about personal factors such as relationships and location, not the outcome of a few football games.- 1

I have a feeling that Rattle is going to be their Garret Gilbert.
You should start a thread about this.- 1

what's your school? Army graduates some key Seniors, for sure, but today, some of the young uns have shone out.
OU. Just looked and luckily it's 2020 not 2019.

I dread having to play Army again next season.

Most NFL corners are 6 ft or shorter. The problem OU has had is skinny, weak guys like Norwood and Motley. The guys in this class have the build necessary to add strength.

The guy who actually ran his own offense, and wasn't #3 in line for his side of the ball behind Saban and Tosh?
He ran his own defense at UTSA. Get it together.

Yeah, the guy who was at UTSA a year ago is going to be a gamechanger for you
The OC we hired from East Carolina was a game changer.

Agreed but if the rumored DC hire is true, I don't see how OU doesn't win a title within the next 2-3 years.

I don't know what OU 247 is saying, and don't give a shit, but Wiltfong is saying OU leads for him.
Cool. Thank you.

Anyone have the OU247 update on Haslewood?

Yes because a safety is of the same importance as a quarterback who knows your offensive playbook and who you might play multiple times.
