  1. I know someone posted First Aid Kit on the first page and as much as I love their cover of Black Sabbath it doesn't really allow them to show of their harmony skills, which is what these two are all about.

Not bad for sisters from Stockholm.

  2. As other have said I really think of them as two different bands.

Early VH was raw and powerful but towards the end they were going more pop.

The Hagar years were fun, not groundbreaking in any way, but fun.

Comedic westerns are underrated. Scalphunters is a stop down for me.

    Evil Roy Slade

Yeah, I get the gritty hard bit ones too. The Professionals is one that hasn't been mentioned so far.

But the drunken gunfighter won Lee Marvin an Oscar.

Mega bonus points for Evil Roy Slade.  John Astin is pure genius in that movie.

    The professionals was also greatness.

  4. I know the show came out on Cinemax last year but if you didn't catch it the first time around I highly recommend it.   Mike Judge from Bevis and Butt Head fame does "live animation" interviews telling the story of country and western legends.   Some of the most informative & hilarious stuff I have ever seen.

  5. John Wayne's The Cowboys.

"I regret trifling with married women. I'm thoroughly ashamed at cheating at cards. I deplore my occasional departures from the truth. Forgive me for taking your name in vain, my Saturday drunkenness, my Sunday sloth. Above all, forgive me for the men I've killed in anger....................................................and those I am about to."

Just started listening to What a Hell of a Way to Die podcast (two veterans) and was happy to hear I'm not the only person who thinks we need to ban all semi-autos. The podcast is a great listen for those who want to hear a military perspective that isn't reheated FOXNews/InfoWars.

Two people does not = the military.

As for "banning all semi automatics" - so no more semi shotguns for dove season?   No more kids learning to shoot with 10/22's?   No more Glocks?
