  1. Did you figure out my reference to those numbers? 45-7 was UT's record from '05 to '08. 27-24 was UT's record from '15 to '18'. Now you tell me what team would be in a better position to replace over half the starters on one side of the ball? A team that had been recruiting lights out for at least seven/eight years or a team that had two solid classes it's last two. A team that finished ranked all four years, three times top 10 and one of which won it all. Or a team that finished ranked ONCE? You can pretty much book it that '09 team was inserting HIGHLY recruited Jrs and Srs into the new starting roles. Grown ass men. They weren't banking on first and second year players would step up.
  2. For what. I'm not the one doing a bunch of cussing. Degrading ut fans. I'm just responding to what UT fans are posting on here. If I see some wrong info about LSU I try to correct it. If I see something about the horns I don't know I ask questions. Brother don't ever go on the SEC rant if you can't handle this. Better yet please all you UT fans venture onto SEC rant or tiger droppings. We would love to have you.
  3. Question for you. That 5* from out west end up at UT or SC. If he's stayed out west that #3 class really isn't #3 now is it? Numbers being so tight in top 5 classes pretty sure horns would have dropped a couple of spots. At least below LSU for sure. What you think? Can't speak for the big XII but, there are at least five SEC teams that recruit to that level on a yearly basis. Honestly classes ranked in top 7 usually are not that different talent wise.
  4. Six is still less than eight. Those new starters on that '09 defense how many were they Srs and Jrs? You seem like you're an intelligent man. One is not like the other. 45-7 VS 27-24 Which one do you think is capable of replacing over half the starters on one side the ball? here are some more numbers #4 - #10 - #13 - #1 VS #9 RB is a singular position. Nothing like having to replace eight starters on one side of the ball.
  5. so a WR that caught seven passes last year was actually one of top six on '18 roster? and a WR that had ONE catch on the season was also in the two deep ? Your starting four WRs played almost every snap or #5 and #6 just weren't good enough to get open?? Inquiring minds want to know. We have five of the top six covered. Who was the fourth WR?
  6. rotated in plenty and looked good??? you sure that's what you meant to type?? all those guys on DL might have rotated in plenty but, if that's the case they surely didn't produce while they were on the field . I'm sure you're familiar with the numbers but I will post them anyway. This is strictly Dline' DL - starters lost -3 - total tackles 115 - sacks 12 projected two deep on Dline 8 starts combined (5-2-1 three players) - total tackles 48 - sacks 0.5 horns lose seven of top ten tacklers. lose top three in sacks. lose seven of top nine in TFL and horn fans think the new guys will beat the numbers from the '18 team. Well lets all hope that happens after sept 7th.
  7. LSU won because of a bad game by fromm and turnovers. This was VS ut. first quarter bulldog punter catches snap with knee on ground at own 22. uga fumbles somewhere around their own 30, was it. uga punter shanks one out at midfield. This was all in the first quarter. BUT LSU won it's game vs the dawgs because fromm had a bad game. FYI LSU was the only "D" in SEC to hold opponents to under a 50% completion rate for the season. Could it be that had something to do with fromm's bad game?
  8. Had an old man tell me one day a man's intelligence is inversely proportional to the amount he cusses. Thank you for PROVING his point couyon.
  9. Moreau was wasted in passing game. LSU had five WRs with more reception yardage.
  10. Guarantee you Kary Vincent and Derick Stingly can run stride for stride with that boy.
  11. hey hank. BROSS MON CHU!!! bless your heart
  12. You really see the texas "O" having an advantage against the tiger "D". Can you please explain that to this dumb old Cajun from down the bayou. make sure you type real slow so I can keep up. OK.
  13. that's about the same breakdown for ut right? 55% run 45% pass?
