  1. Upset - I was looking forward to reading at least a few days worth of speculation, arguments, hate and Akina jokes. Too quick, Sark.
  2. I can't believe I've never seen that movie. The opening was great. What's crazy is that much of it was meant to be "over the top" but was in fact, a reality in todays world.
  3. I'm sure I'll get laughed at but... dark horse option? https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Juwan_Howard Juwan Howard - he flamed out in Michigan due to anger and major health issues. But he started strong with an Elite Eight and Sweet 16 in his second & third year. And if he's gotten his anger & health issues under control, then.... ?!? Currently an assistant with the New Jersey Nets. Still "young" at 52 y/o Career highlights and awards As player: (Nineteen year NBA player history) 2× NBA champion (2012, 2013) NBA All-Star (1996) All-NBA Third Team (1996) NBA All-Rookie Second Team (1995) Second-team All-American – NABC (1994) Third-team All-American – AP (1994) First-team Parade All-American (1991) McDonald's All-American (1991) Never kept a gun in his Washington Bullets locker. 4. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Quin_Snyder 58 y/o Memphis Missouri head coach from '99-'06 and had an Elite Eight run and two round-of-32's. Had some recruiting violations and three years are missing from Memphis Missouri record at Wikipedia. But it looks like they were an NIT team during that period of time. He finished with a 126–91 record over seven years He was the Austin Toro's coach from 2007-2010. So, he's obviously familiar with the area. He coached the D-League All Star game one year. During his three-year tenure in Austin, Snyder compiled more wins and guided more players to the NBA than any other coach in the D-League. "Overachieved" somewhat as the Head coach of the Utah Jazz from 2014–2022 (shitty rosters, if I remember correct). Was the Western Conference NBA All Star coach one year. Had a .722 record and lost in the conference semi-finals in 2020-21. Hasn't really done much as head coach of Atlanta Hawks since 2022. Sub .500 team. One playoff trip. Currently employed but sitting on a warm seat I'm sure. IDK anything about him. I'm just reciting Wikipedia. I'm not crazy about his choice in frame color.
  5. Utah needs to sell the name back to New Orleans, so that NOLA can get rid of it's scary AF mascot.
  6. Damnyourefuckingold But the Jazz being in Utah instead of NOLA is one of the great travesties of modern history. Even with some of the greatest NBA teams actually having come out of Utah/Jazz.
  7. AKA heaven
  8. She's a mute, Jim. No vocal cords. No vesicular cords. Without speech or a three pointer, how's she supposed to understand us? Fuck it, Jim... let's GETF out of here before we turn into a 14 seed.
  9. He's smiling now, Motherfuckers
  10. Did he just say "Luka Lyptus"?` sorry wrong thread
  11. Then again... I'm joking, sort of. I like Terry but I thought our season would be a LOT better this year than last. But we're actually a lot worse this season than last. Even with a #1 pick.
  12. That guy just said "The door's open for Texas"
  13. That'll do it. Thanks, Longhorns. See you next Wednesday. fkers
  14. Wait, we're only down by 15 with 5 to go? Fuck now I need to do a refill
  15. CDC doesn't need an embarrassment to fire Terry. He just needs a first round exit. We don't want any embarrassments other than that.
  16. He's not even couching in the 1st world these days He's doing pretty good with his team in Africa though
  17. Down by 17 with ten minutes to go is no big deal for a decent team vs a bad team Which is which, though
  18. Shedrick with five blocks for the game. We should be winning by 77!
  19. NEITHER team is shooting very well but once again, we're short on free throw attempts
