you don’t seem familiar with WASPs.

did the royals act cold, bitter and hurt her feelings? Buddy, they are British. You better believe they did.

did they do it to her willy billy because she was too dark? Fuck no. Whatever she did, she pissed them off big time.

this exact scenario has been playing out with my wife’s old friend and her old money in-laws. Cold shoulder shit, subtle jabs to halt her social climbing- the works.
The thing is, she is a genuine manipulative sociopath who has admitted to us many times she only married the kid for his money, lies constantly and cheats on him.

To their credit the in-laws had her pegged from day one and it’s been a chefs kiss of unspoken brutality.

People act the way the royals act for a reason. What that reason was is the narrative MM is trying to manipulate.

Again this entire take is weird. And along with a general dislike for women obviously some of you would be to pussy to defend your wife against your family.

  2. I'd be highly surprised if some of you are married with the general disdain some of you seem to have for women and if you are married then I feel sorry for your wives. Also not sure how you can look at this situation and think MM was a mastermind behind how all this was going to play out while basically excusing the behavior from the royal family. Is MM innocent in all this, probably not, but I don't think we would be here if she was treated in a fair manner. I think both PH and MM went into this very naive in regards to how they were going to be treated, the red flags were there while they were dating, maybe they thought things would smooth over once they got married instead of it getting much worse. Regardless, the two of them seem in love, and MM provided the out PH was seeking. I am happy for them.

  3. I thought Caden played injured the majority of the time after his freshman season. Same with BJ who has basically been playing with one shoulder which I think have stunted both of their development. 4.40 is a bit shocking, but the kid takes bad angles, maybe because he can’t gauge speed or over estimates his own and because of that he can normally be found diving at the ball carriers feet.

  4. He got drafted by a team that had no minutes for him and then injuries/COVID  No idea why the Magic hasn’t traded him yet. Hopefully a change of scenery will do him good.

  5. I don’t know what the university’s response to these emails were, but regardless of the song issue, racist shit like those emails should not be tolerated. Those fuck heads thinking their money is the end of the line are sadly mistaken and wish the university would call them out on their shit and tell them to keep their money and let them watch the university succeed without them.

No, you don't know what you're watching. We went through this that night. That ball was underthrown by at least 4 yards and you must think Kelvontay Dixon has really short legs if you think he has a 1 yard stride. He broke stride and slowed down significantly on that play but most people didn't notice because he did it very early in the ball's flight in order to accelerate through the ball, which is the entire point. Bad deep receivers don't slow down until the end and it's obvious.

Try not to be so wrong when you call someone else out. And also don't make middle school mistakes like typing core instead of corps.

He didn’t have to come to a stop, the throw also didn’t allow the defender to get in position to make a play on the ball. So I’ll stick with her barely had to break stride. Was it the best possible throw? No, was it sufficient, yes, Eagles and the rest of WRs seldomly got that luxury. But yeah the balls to Eagles were under thrown because he didn’t slow down soon enough lmao. We saw balls so short the trailing DB couldn’t even make plays on them. And I know what I’m watching. Some of you just get real loony when it comes to the expectations of receivers.

There is of course a baseline level of speed needed but elite speed is overrated in determining who your deep threats are. Ball skills (not just catching but tracking ability) are severely underrated when trying to forecast that type of prospect.

That's why Brennan Eagles was not a deep threat, because he lacked the skill to be one. Now don't get me wrong, it's probable that he would have refused to admit that and would have simply entered the portal if we tried to play him where he needed to be played as more of a possession receiver. He almost certainly would have refused to learn the finer points of that craft.

As an example (although he's also fast as hell), Kelvontay Dixon showed more deep threat ability on that underthrown wobbler long touchdown in the Alamo Bowl than Eagles did his entire career here. Dixon controlled his speed so that he would be accelerating to top speed as he caught that pass. As I said that night, Eagles would have simply run full speed until he realized it was underthrown, then he would have had to stop and turn around to catch it, and therefore would not have scored. Dixon recognized it instantly and created that touchdown.

None of this is to say Omeire is a deep threat, just that the conversation defaulting to well he's not a 4.4 or faster guy so he's not a deep threat is wrong.

That’s a pretty extreme exaggeration in regards to the pass to Dixon who barely had to break stride to catch the pass and didn’t have to go through the defensive player to do so either and then you are assigning blame to Eagles for not learning to adjust correctly to balls thrown 5 yards short to him on deep passes when he has his defender beat by 3 yards. Also balls being thrown short or behind him wasn’t an issue exclusive to Eagles. it plagued our entire WR core but yeah I’m sure Eagles was the reason we didn’t have an legitimate deep threat.

  8. Some weird takes in this thread. Casey got in the game and was finally able to actually run the offense and looked lights out. But some of you are hesitant on him winning the QB battle based on practice reports on Card? Practice? So some of you can have the opinion that Casey might have just had a "moment" when the lights were on, however you are more confident Cards alleged performance in practice will carry over. Yea ok. Just say it with your chest, you want Card to be QB1 regardless.
