so what is the final score from Pool?
They got Hill... the fact that this is all the buzz so far is really good news, I think. Obviously, more could follow and change the Narativ, but it seems that their event was mostly a dud.
From what i’ve heard, the Hill deal was done before the event started. That means they didn’t make any major moves due to the event. -
I can't wait to hear practice reports about the greatness of CStat Novasad.
Cstat Megasad- 1

According to IT, Byron Murphy is pushing Coburn for starter and Ford has Middle LB locked down barring injury. Having an mainstay interior presence would be huge.

Sounds like she's upset with the non-holding calls against Texas.
Pure rage burns through me when I see this. I didn’t watch much last year after OU as I figured our product wasn’t going to be able to overcome the refs against anybody not named OU. Luckily, since we’re both leaving, that game gets called well. The makeup calls toward the end of the game make me just as mad, as it makes it seem like even more of a stat sheet thing the refs can point to afterwards. Was it OSU where the big 12 preemptively said a couple very controversial calls were all nothing-to-see-here? -
Which scheme would you have used to make Brockermeyer shine?
Valid point. I’d go for the one where he’s holding the clipboard or big posters to communicate the play call.- 3

I don't get why people are acting like the kicking job is going to Will Stone when Bert Auburn is a 5-star recruit with a year of experience in the program.
If we go from Dicker the Kicker to Sideshow Bob as solid kickers, I will be extremely happy. The stories just write themselves.

Their W-L projections have us at 9.3-3.3 which would still be great. Unsurprisingly they have a&m at 7.4-4.6.
I’m good with 9-3. Our hardest conference games are OU and at OSU per FPI. Surprisingly, our win chance at home against Baylor is 73%. It’s the last game of the season so lots will change between now and then, like the answering of questions about our defense, OL, and QB. -
This probably got posted and I missed it, but ESPN is full up on the burnt orange kool-aid. FPI says we are favorites in every game except the ‘bama one.

They are paying players to come, so it evens out.
Unofficially, of course. -
Don't mean to sound malicious, but from multiple photos I've seen, he doesn't look to be all there mentally.
Perfect fit! Culture fit, etc…

Which is weird. Bisontis has a 54" wingspan. His arms are freakishly short.
Right, it’s so crazy that they’re pumped about a guy with a 49” wingspan. -

aggy is #concerned about our class
Yes, we are focused on the LoS. It just so happens that there are LoS players on both sides of the ball.
We just signed the best OL class in the nation last year and are backing it up with a bunch of big dudes that can develop for a couple years this class. My layman’s eyeball test does not think Bisontis >>> Kirkland, if we’re just taking our recent commits into account.
On the DL side, yes, we need a couple more to go along with Mitchell in this class.
Also, I’m looking forward to grabbing a couple former five star D-lineman in the portal this year from another Texas school that can’t hold onto them after the season.- 2

I make no apologies for what I am sir. I also didn’t own a bed for 4 of the 6 years I was in college and law school. Not one to need much in the way of creature comforts.
Skippy, is that you? -
Did that kid even go to A&M? It says he was born in Bryan, TX
looking at a list of their notable alumni, even I was surprised by the lack of non-athlete celebrities. I joked about Lyle Lovett, but the only other one I saw was Rip Torn who actually graduated fromTexas, after starting out at A&M as a corp turd. Seems like he wised up.
Oh, the list also includes George HW Bush as an honorary alumn.
Weak
Claiming HW due to awarding him a degree seems so perfectly Aggie. They get NCs the same way.- 3

Can’t we all just be descended from Bonobos and get along?

They’re clinging to it being a conspiracy that will wind up getting busted up by the joint forces of the NCAA, the FBI, and fucking Chuck Norris.
Why do they need the NCAA and FBI if Chuck is on the case?
