I'm not a lawyer, I’m a doctor, Jim

I don't actually. And I've said that. I just can't believe y'all are surprised by it. It’s been trending this way a while. Like, years.

If there’s DNA in the vials with appropriate mammalian promoters, then host cell genomic damage is a concern. In fact, Moderna acknowledge in their own patent from 2018 that foreign DNA introduction is a no-no because of potential for “alterations and/or damage to host cell genomic DNA”. We found SV40 promoter/enhancers in the Pfizer vials. We did not find them in the Moderna vials. This is likely because they didn’t grab the gene therapy plasmid off the shelf when they went to up-scale production for commercial use. This SV40 is NOT the simian virus as a complete virus. It’s a component of SV40, and is a gene therapy tool used in biotech/on the bench to get stuff to the nucleus of cells. Read David Dean’s work.2 “Back to SV40. SV40 is a gene therapy tool. It’s used to traffic stuff to the nucleus of cells. If a cell is dividing, its nuclear membrane breaks down and any old foreign DNA can hypothetically gain access to become integrated. It’s possible. So there’s that. But foreign DNA like SV40 and the other junk only needs to find its way to the juicy interior of a cell to wreak havoc in terms of activating cancer pathways (see: cGas-STING pathway). There’s also the fact that the SV40 promoter/enhancer sequences are known to interact with the quintessential p53 protein. You know, that tumor suppressor thingy often called the guardian of the genome? What effect is that having? Is it impairing the tumor suppressor effects of p53? Is this why we’re seeing cancers on the rise? There’s more that SV40 can do to mess things up, but I will leave it at this.” -
Also, maybe the greatest tweet of all time. All the false confidence of our top CR posters. It’s also how at least half of you look. Thank you Matthew Yglesias.

Two things here. First unless I'm wrong there isn't a legal framework and a license that can simply be revoked to shut down Facebook. Second, they were dealing with a friendly entitiy in Facebook that largely wanted what they wanted. No need to threaten anything. Also, I think it was dumb to get Kimmel canceled, but how was it unconstitutional? There's an existing legal framework to do that

Why would he need a sock? In any event, follow along to see what happens with ACIP and watch the DNA contamination issue. It is being looked at closely, and rightfully so. A product that is given to millions upon millions of people should meet standards. And following up on standards and doing long term follow up on population wide interventions is what should've been happening the whole time. If you're not interested in that then I question your motives. And if yall think you still need the shot, I would lean slightly to moderna. In this small sample size they had none of the SV40 promoter in the vials and their DNA contamination levels were massive, but predictable and precise. Pfizer was all over the map. -
Absolutely. “I said maga was trying everything to prove that the shooter wasn't one of them. Well more info has come out and it looks like crazy comes in all shapes and sizes. Maybe joking about an assassination wasn't the best idea. Anyway, coming up next we have Sydney Sweeney and a musical performance from Tate McRae everybody.” I'm sure it never occurred to him or his writers.

The funny thing is, I never once said I was offended by it. I said it was a mistake. “It was a dumb move in that late-night Tv is largely irrelevant outside of hard leftie population. Their only left tilt has caused viewership to collapse. Not he’ll be trumpeted as some pseudo celeb martyr when he really was implying it was a Maga shooter despite evidence to the contrary. He then had a chance yesterday to retract or walk back after details of indictment came out. He chose not to. FAFO honestly. Can't wait for the Go Fund Me for Jimmy Kimmel. Or maybe he'll run for Senate” Jimmy’s implication to his audience was clear that the shooter was OBVIOUSLY a right winger. I think it was false and in poor taste but I don't care anything beyond that.

Again, you're intentionally lying about what upset people. Not sure why you feel need to do that. It is quite something. “We hit some new lows over the weekend with the MAGA gang desperately trying to characterize this kid who murdered Charlie Kirk as anything other than one of them“ This was great example of projection by Jimmy. He was wrong. Could've retracted it later. Didn't. There were plenty of examples of Covid “disinformation” that was censored by the government that ended up being true, and you know it. But you cite extreme examples to try to make your point. You're a fundamentally dishonest person protected here by a friendly environment where people get booted eventually when they correct you.

Fyi the government pressured social media companies in the not too distant past. That's why it was so upsetting when Elon bot Twitter.

Covid/Influenza/Black Death. 2024 and beyond

A global meta analysis with estimates that are based off of surverys for up to 42 potential symptoms of long Covid? You just have to ping one? It’s not hard to see how you get an extremely inflated estimate. All viral infections have potential post-infectious sequelae. I have no doubt that Covid’s could be more prevalent. But it just doesn't pass the sniff test. Too much bias present in surveys after the fact. Think about it, almost every person you know has contracted Covid. How many have you ever heard had significant long Covid symptoms? 36%? Um, there's no fucking way. Again, there's a ton of bias in who responds to these types of surveys. The statista link claims 18% cumulatively over time. If you believe those numbers that still includes multiple infections in these people over that period. Again, all viral infections have sequelae. -

That's why I included the endorsement of the director of an Ivy League cancer center. Here’s his cv if interested. https://legorreta.brown.edu/about-us/our-director You can go with him or someone named Willfully Horn that seriously believes 37% of infections lead to long Covid. -

Jesus. Different pieces of DNA, different additives. On one hand with plasma it’s free DNA from dead cells. On the other hand with covid vaccine it’s DNA from the process used to make a immunogenic compound. It’s also included in the lipid nano particle that helps it enter live cells. There's also the presence of a gene promoter in the samples. From the explainer. Why are there not set limits on plasma? Probably because it’s been given for decades, and well before they could even measure DNA quantities in samples. And again, it’s free human DNA. For vaccines there are set pre-existing standards. These vaccines appear to be exponentially breaking them. I'm sorry if this doesn't convince you the threat is greater than the reward. Fortunately you’re just someone with a limited understanding on the internet. Btw the reward is extremely limited now, in small population cohorts. -

It’s the type of Dna content present as well as the way it is packaged. You should read the explainer I linked. Here’s the discussion on Dna levels and limits from the paper itself. Their results found it present in several hundreds to some even in the thousands of nanograms/dose.
