with 5 running backs, a potentially serviceable line, an a potentially emerging go-to receiver, there is lots of potential, for buechele to take the job back.

if you don't need to run sam, then save sam for the changeup when needed.

going from sam back to buechele if sam gets hurt is far less preferable to me.

if the oline is good, then I would not mind rolling with shane. he seems to have much better chemistry with johnson.

Right now it'll basically be more or less split into quarters between UT, OU, A&M, and everyone else. A&M is getting a boost right now due to the expected new coach bump, while OU is parlaying two playoffs in three years along with a Heisman; we're lacking in-state momentum due to the subpar season, especially offensively, but that can easily be flipped through success on the field.

Win this year and we can get back to landing over half of the top in-state guys (the ceiling in regards to landing highly rated in-state guys would be higher if this staff didn't filter so many guys with various types of red flags)

The ideal season for us from a recruiting perspective would be to beat OU and USC, get to at least 8 wins, and finish with a better record than A&M. Of course winning the Big 12 would solve a lot of things but this would cover a lot of bases for our future sales pitch to recruits. Only so far you can go selling 6th street, the lakes, the network/university, etc. Herman has done a great job in that regard but I think that fell on deaf ears with some recruits this cycle, particularly Wilson.

Listened to the interview with footwork king on the "no interviews" podcast.  He said that Demas is Julio Jones 2.0.  He mentioned that he went to Georgia's camp full of 4 and 5 star kids and embarrassed every DB at the camp as a sophomore.  He jokingly stated that the UGA coaches were re-evaluating some of their DB prospects because of how bad they looked against Demas.  Ran a 4.38 at UGA's camp and had an insane vertical.  Mentioned that he's 6'4 and around 195 right now.

Looks like both Evans and Demas are both can't miss prospects.  We really need to win this season.  I'm sick of seeing these prospects head to the likes of bama, uga, ohio state.

that's impressive considering he doesn't get the best coaching at north forest. he'll arrive on campus an unfinished product.

7.6 million voted in the 2012 US Senate spot that had Cruz vs. the Democrat.  It's nice of him to do that but he needs to really go to big Latino areas IMO to register THOSE people. It's a math problem right now, he needs an energized turnout which has 90% likelihood for Beto votes.

I agree. After this 30 day tour, He should do 30 days strictly in Hispanic areas. Dem ops are saying he's not doing enough there.

nice size crowd for a town of 1200. but the town is 40% hispanic according to wiki and the surrounding area is heavily hispanic, yet I barely see any in these pics. this is looking like the achilles heel for his campaign from what I've observed and read from experts.

same thing at the Odessa rally today.

And money, too. But winning helps.

Roquan Smith was a top 10 pick last year. They've had four LBs go in the 1st round in recent drafts.

Meanwhile our 5 star over-hyped LB fell to the 3rd rd. You don't think GA coaches are showing them these data points?
