I too have been to multiple dispensaries in legal states. The products may be more limited, but I’ve found them to be completely consistent and without fear of being in the waiting zone ‘did I get a bunk one or…holy shit I may have made a mistake, cancel all plans and lock all doors code green I repeat code green’. That alone is nice

Millions upon millions of dollars in slow-to-replace assets being wasted as a dick measuring exercise. And I guarantee China/Russia/NK are watching, scoring and vacuuming up all the RF they can just like we would be.

So…yesterday wake-up to see we may be at war with Iran (currently in the UK). Today wake-up up to Abbott being sensible to kill SB3. Welcome back to 2025.
Gov statement, special session to apply common reasonable regulation (absolutely want child resistant packaging because even if we keep ours in a lockbox, many don’t)
https://gov.texas.gov/uploads/files/press/VETO_proclamation_SB_3_IMAGE_2025-06-22.pdfAssume Abbott did this for his own political play as a Pub prez candidate, to extract money from the industry, or just put Patrick in his place as a preemptive maneuver. Regardless of reasons:

Yeah that’s where I wonder what exactly they were moving…as we saw with Stutz net, those centrifuges are unbelievably fragile and susceptible to even minor disruption. Makes sense as they spin at something like 30,000rpm and even interrupting the power will destroy them.
My basic understanding is that the enrichment cascade is the most challenging and resource-intensive getting from ~5% to ~60% or so. After that, the process moves along much faster. It’s possible they were unloading their latest batch of enriched Uranium hexafluoride, or whatever raw materials (like yellow cake) out before the expected strike.
Dont get me wrong…taking out a seriously hardened facility like that is a good thing in general, but everyone on planet earth knew we had plans on precisely how to take it out without any regional bases so seems this wasn’t some crippling blow beyond losing the facility.

Man what a thing to wake up to (family trip in the UK)…ignoring the politics for a second, there’s evidence from satellite photos that a convoy of trucks removed material a couple days ago and we just used up nearly the entire stockpile of very specialized and expensive weapons (half a billion to manufacture ~12) on a dry hole.
Boeing is happy. They’ll get another order that’ll keep the line running for a year or two.
China and NK are happy. Those were designed for critical underground C3 facilities.
Iran probably happy. They can spray IRBMs at assets much more vulnerable than Israel, such as American bases and ships in the Strait of Hormuz.
Trumpco is happy…well maybe not, those things do not produce huge explosions for Fox to jack off over. But they can declare victory like they just took Utah but in reality probably prove more like scaling Pointe Du Hoc with no 155’s up there.
Politically…I guess it’s fuckin tradition at this point for a Pub prez to start a war in the sandbox for Dems to clean up later, being blamed the whole time for it.

Read the Dems were +1 at the state house and senate, adding to political motivations with his hit list. I wonder what motivated him? Who could have possibly foreseen this?

Did you lawyers ever hammer out what the definition of ‘is’ is?

Fox News comments says he was a Lefitst Marxist Communist heretic clown from Argentina who helped guerilla fighters and pushed a radical social agenda…and no that’s not a joke, just an aggregation of a half dozen posts.
Dude lived quite a life apparently 🙄

Dude needs to watch Season 4 of The Wire, then go tell David Simon and Ed Burns that they’re full of shit regarding privilege. See how that goes.

That was the most ADHD run on sentence I’ve ever seen.
I was diagnosed last year on the insistence of my wife, who rightfully called out my apparent inability to finish anything. My current dose is 20mg Adderall x2 daily, and I cut them in half and space them out. When I’m on it, I’m focused and motivated to tackle one thing at a time so they actually get done.
Our younger kiddo, who is 8, was mightily struggling in school. My wife deftly navigated the system so the 8yo was screened for services and look at that she’s dyslexic. Saw progress but when teacher noted she struggled with attention, she saw a specialist and is now on Focalin XR at 10mg once daily but skips weekends.
The difference is night and day. She’s 98th percentile for height and absolutely crushing it at school, sports and theater. We were both hesitant on going down this road with our daughter, but I feel like the risk profile should be considered unique to each individual and so long as parents consider all information…it’s their choice.
Of course RFK is going to empower a whole generation of ADHD experts…helping them append their existing mastery of the stock market, global pandemics, international relations, disaster relief, monetary policy, and economic strategy…do not surprised to see this bubble up again.

Ok so is it ‘rule of law’ or no? Because the lawyers (hint, ‘law’ is in the name) here are explaining how the law works and why it’s not vigilante justice.

FYI, I’ve seen several Fox News commentators laterally refer to videos of various acts of vandalism as “vicious and violent attacks”. It’s a fucking car.

Once again, if Sandy Hook didn’t move the needle with those people then nothing will. They will do anything to protect the cult leader and any empathy they pretended to have has been long gone in the name of ‘the cause’.
