I feel better about our RBs going into 24 than I did going into 23.

Motherfucker I spend the majority of my free time around people that have injected more testosterone in a week than you will ever naturally possess in your life. I’ve forgotten more about A&P, diet, and anabolics than you will ever know. Adding 20 pounds of muscle, which is different than adding 20 pounds of body weight, ain’t fucking happening. Professional bodybuilders whose sole dedication is eat, sleep, and train don’t add 20 pounds of muscle in 3 years. And finally, the post I quoted said summer, but go ahead and fuck right off with your 8 months too because that ain’t happening either.Anybody else read this in a wrestling promo voice? “Brother”

I never see it referenced in critique of PK is walking up our LB to the end of the LOS. I’m not sure it ever worked. Oline engagement is not Fords strongsuit. He was better this year on his physical game in my opinion. We definitely need an in depth “LB Mugging” thread.

There was an interesting comment made by Burton on his show this morning. He said that Davis didn't exactly leave the cupboards stacked with players who were ready to go at the DT spot. It makes me wonder if he just spent all of his time on two or three guys throughout the season. I am not creating revisionist history, but I wonder if losing Davis won't be as impactful as some think in the long term if we can get another good developer in the boat.
That just seems like an odd characterization. The cupboard is based on multiple recruiting cycles, early nfl entries and other natural attrition. We also had a generous dt rotation throughout the year.

Question for anyone who would know:
Is Nansen, or any other coached announced by the team under contract immediately? Is there some quick opt-out provision or something? I thought the Board of Regents had to vote on approving coaching contracts, or is that merely a formality?
Thanks, I'll hang up and listen.Didn’t Billy Gillispie work for over a year without signing a contract.

If all goes well guys like Bond won’t be here next year. So it’s important to point out to the Moore/Nibblets of the world that they’re on the same path as Arch and there’s no reason to be impatient. Work your ass off, learn/master your craft, you can probably be worked in a little this year, and be ready to ball out with Arch in 2025.

Hell even Mississippi State thinks we are not ready for the SEC and they will treat us as a very winnable game instead of a super bowl. Kentucky may do the same if we come in with a few losses.
You’re confusing fans with coaches/players

He did a good job at UTSA and Cristobal wouldn't have hired him at Miami if he couldn't recruit a little. The resume is a tad light but we could do much worse.
13 years of collegiate experience and 1 NFL. I’ll take it.

I like looking to the NFL.

Does anyone think Duce Robinson is in play if Lincoln bolts?

Bobby had an interesting point on Agbo. That if he could get down to 260-270 and keep or increase athleticism that he could become a good inline tight end.
Scipio mentioned something similar a few weeks ago but in relation to the portal instead of Agbo. Said everyone thinks we’ll go after a down the field threat but if there is a great 260 lb inline TE out there that could pose just as many matchup problems the way sark likes to deploy two te sets.
Interesting that guy could already be on campus

As an update to this today Bobby said they might move Campbell to LG to get him by Banks and protected in pass pro a little and have the Hutson/Neto battle at RG.
