Just listen to the first 30 minutes of this episode of texaggy radio where Gabe and Olin discuss their top 10 reasons why they definitely DO NOT want to play those damn dirty sips in Austin anymore.

I've never heard other teams media groups spend this much time on other fan bases. Olin has to be the biggest pussy in the media. It's like a 7 year old talking about another kid was mean to them.

That is one empty hall. Wow.

Gotta have room for when Alabama and LSU sends them copies of their National Championship trophies. It's one of the benefits of being in the SEC. I'm surprised they haven't put out their SEC participation trophies yet either.

LOL so one SEC sack equals 7 Big 12 sacks?  LOL  have fun not doing shit in Gainesville

Funny that SEC schools are recruiting against Texas, but not aggy in the state. Also, we would have beat the shit out of Florida last year.

No, they had a punter that could kick the shit out of the ball, but who knew what it would do.

This! He had a huge leg, but almost no control of placement. I remember seeing a couple of times where he could have just placed it within the opponent 10 yard line and he kicks it out of the back of the end zone.

Tate isn't really fair on that meme. He was a commit for about 20 minutes Ike every place else.

He started the whole Gig 'em gang thing, which they still think is cool for some odd reason.

QBU us funny on that link as well. Ryan tannehill and who else? Can't recall but there may be others I am missing.

The Kellen Mond hype train has just left the station.

I recall Dodds or a Texas spokesperson saying A&M had forfeit the privelege of playing Texas by exiting the conference. That same privilege was forfeit with all conference schools. Aggies focused on the word privilege like children.

"Oh, so you think it's a privilege to play you! Aren't you fancy and arrogant."

The statement was about the privileges of conference members. They're idiots and didn't get it.

They also backed away from their "anytime anywhere" statement as fast as they could. They now lay down many conditions out of fear veiled in false bravado. "When we meet in the playoffs" may as well be when there's a football stadium on the moon.

They certainly forced the SEC offices to make a last second change with its bowl game a few years ago instead having to play us in the Texas bowl. They know deep down inside that there is a  good chance that by playing Texas it will crush their little fantasy of thinking they are they better program.

The only way the SEC doesn’t play is if the government tells them they can’t. And it will have to be the federal government because the state governors aren’t going to stand in the way of sacred football, in the name of all those poor people who work the games (see: Georgia).

Yup. the fact that Sharp has put together a team to make sure that football happens in College Station this year is all you need to know.

This. Not only has Missouri never been called out, but they have spent the period since they left blaming Texas for the whole shit-show.

I could maybe scrounge up a scintilla of respect had they just called their shot, pulled it off, and taken the credit or blame for it. Instead, they have hidden and thrown Texas under the bus at every opportunity.  Missouri spent decades lifting their skirts for the the blue-bloods in the Big-Ten and jumped on the first viable offer to come along after reality set-in that the Big 10 never saw them as an option.

I derive great satisfaction every time I think of Rutgers and Maryland being in the Big 10 because I know it gnaws on Missouri that those two schools were asked to a dance that Missouri planned and was stood up for.

Nebraska is in the same boat. Planned and prepared for their own athletic network, quashed the idea of a conference network for the sake of those plans, and then hid behind and blamed Texas for killing said network.  Though at least Nebraska wound up where they wanted to be because it was believed (mistakenly) their pedigree would lend prestige to the Big 10 and make it more competitive.

Both Nebraska and A&M wanted their own online network which is why the BIG 12 network never had any legs, correct?

Mond as a 1st round draft pick. He had deer in headlights 5 months ago. Is this a joke?

He had 95 yards passing against a Big 12 team that wasn't at full strength last year in their bowl game.

I do think Texas is pushing furiously there. Ags need to win out with Stowers' teammate and guy who they've sat in a good spot with for a while now. I wouldn't write the Horns off as an afterthought by any stretch of the imagination but A&M is still my pick as fo where he lands.

Let me just say this before any dominoes fall and folks wonder about what the Ags think of these guys. Jahzion Harris is an absolute stud pass rusher as a WDE prospect and sits way up on the A&M board. They're very close here. Very close. The 6-4, 215-pounder holds Ohio State, Michigan and LSU offers and is the No. 2 player in New York.

And the Ags are also in pretty solid shape right now with guys like Terrence Lewis (#2 ranked player in Florida and LSU/Bama as the primary contenders), Kamren Kinchens, WR Yulkeith Brown and RB Amari Daniels out of the Sunshine State.

I was also told by a source from another SEC West program (a top-tier squad) that they love WR Romello Brinson but believe the four-star from Northwestern HS and top-20 player in the state is leaning towards the Ags.

Up north, Pennsylvania DBs Donovan McMillon and lockdown corner Tyreek Chappell - I'm not sure there's a player in the country so under-ranked by the services at this point in time - are both giving a VERY hard look at the Aggies. Defensive tackle Tywone Malone is a national top-50 talent and most believe he's headed to Ohio State. Elijah Robinson is on the case here and, while the Ags will have a very hard time pulling the borderline five-star out of Jersey, few believed they could nab McKinnley Jackson, Fadil Diggs or Donell Harris last year and the Aggies always have a puncher's chance when Elijah Robinson is recruiting an interior defensive line prospect from the northeast.

The Ags are also going to end up being a serious player for Lucedale (MS) George County four-star defender MJ Daniels. The 6-2, 190-pounder is close friends with McKinnley Jackson and a top five prospect in Mississippi currently committed to the Rebels. They're also not bowing out of the race for Missouri commit Connor Tollison, another insanely underrated guy who is going to end up soaring up the rankings. And out west, A&M will get one of Victory Vaka's official visits this fall.

There are several others around the country that the Ags are in regular contact with, including several OOS linebacker targets (all of whom Howell has mentioned regularly) and even Michigan borderline five-star RB Donovan Edwards but the group I mentioned would probably represent some of A&M's best bets right now and it wouldn't surprise me to see a couple of those fall the Ags' way in pretty short order.

We'll talk more about the in-state guys tomorrow and there's some interesting intel there, as well.

Quick to ban. No negativity allowed. It ruins the recruiting pitch.

14 players from one school... absolutely disgusting.

The SEC does a great job of marketing it's players and conference. ESPN and the conference spend 80% of their time talking up the players and the other 20% is talking down about other conferences. Hell, Kirby Smart just played the victim card because he's putting so many kids into the NFL and it's not fair that other schools use the "SEC's toughness against them". Yeah...he complained about it.

That type of success often flows into recruiting pitches, showing prospects the proof of development and achieving the dream of making it to the NFL. That, however, also is being used against teams in the conference, according to Georgia Bulldogs coach Kirby Smart.

Boy - Gabe, Olin, and Looch spent damn near 3 hours self fellating themselves about how great of a night the SEC had at the draft last night! Especially compared to that putrid Big 12! Of course, none of aggy were there, but they'll soon be standing up their with their SEC brothers! Well, not next year... but the year after, aggy will be churning out those 1st rounders because of Jimbo's elite level recruiting by God.

Also, Olin and Gabe get into it with some sports writer who calls in talking about how overrated Jimbo is around the 25 minute mark.

What makes every single aggy so thin skinned? I've never met one that could take constructive criticism.
