Seems like Caesar Guerini owns Fabarms. CG makes great shotguns, I love the ones I have. I would buy it in a heartbeat if I had a chance at one with a discount.

Gotta be a trap.

Also, go easy on the toppings at first. A heavy pizza makes the peel launching more difficult.

Thoughts on the Meat Church dude? He seems like a douche.

That 71% hydration is up there for a newb. That will definitely make it harder to handle.

Looks like Terry Black’s BBQ will open a Waco location soon. Be another good source while in Waco.

Will Guess BBQ in Waco make it? I ate there two weeks ago and the brisket was as good as any top ten. Ate there today and brisket was dry as could be. Both times the place was empty just before noon. See where they are open on days they used to be closed and have added dinner service, seems like the kiss of death. Another brick and mortar that seems to be struggling.

Are you from deep S. Texas? Because my old man -- not a childish ketchup aficionado by any stretch - puts ketchup on his CFS. And so do his peers. I was stunned when I first saw him do it, when I was maybe 8 or so. But he grew up in Eagle Pass, and I'll be damned -- a lot of guys from Kingsville on south eat their CFS with ketchup on top of the gravy.
I love it with my cfs and white gravy.

The only nutria I ever saw was from a window seat in the Magic Time Machine looking at Town Lake.
That fat sucker crawled right up out of the water into some reeds not 10’ from our table.
I think there would’ve been some repercussions from the restaurant staff & patrons if I had shot it through the plate glass window.Steak Island?

Was he borrowing pits too? Or are you thinking of Stabby?

Saw my first birthday bourbon out in the wild, they wanted $1300.

We call leftovers drag outs, which often get repurposed into scrambled eggs or topped with fried eggs. That drag out breakfast looks damn good.

Grizzly has one that won’t break the bank. $229 for saw, tracks and a couple of clamps and no shipping charge.

Yep me too!

Guessing but I would say Mod and IC. I need to get back into the clays, I was more of a trap shooter. During the pandemic you couldn’t find shells and if you did find them you couldn’t afford them. Haven’t shot them since then. Good luck!

I typically order the enchiladas for gordo plate, not seeing it on these menus.

Good to know @Chewbacca, I started to buy a bottle of that but opted out to the Orbium. I haven’t opened it yet but will this weekend.
