If I use my goal weight: 220

.7g per lb would be: 154g protein a day

If I only eat OMAD, I saw I could get away with .36g per lb, or 79g.

That's 15oz of 85/15 ground beef or 12oz of chicken breast in one sitting.  I can do that, but I'm sure I'll read someone else saying you shouldn't eat that much protein in one meal.

Then I'll contemplate decreasing protein further, and people will claim that wouldn't be enough protein.

Ya it's kinda funny, that is about 3/4 of a regular weight lifting protein intake. Most of what I see on ketosis for extremely active people is a similar amount of protein intake, and decrease/increase your fats depending on weight loss or gain.  Non-ketosis you poop out most of the protein at those levels anyways.

Puppy is initiating the fight.  There is usually a short stare down with growling and raised hackles.  I don't think it's a dominance thing so much as a deferral thing, based on research I've done.  I.E. puppy has something and daddy muscles in and doesn't defer when signaled.  BTB is a lover not a fighter, but he's also kind of clueless sometimes.  The other dogs will just warn him, but the pup goes after him hard.

The puppy "should" learn how to warn via example, not sure if specific training helps.  I know we've personally been able to reward dogs successfully for good warnings, but we do have an alpha female that will forever be a bitch when it comes to food.

I've had the hardest time finding a '16 or newer QX80 with under 30K miles. Most are previous rentals and leases.  Leases I can deal with if the Carfax is good but no chance on rentals.

Just curious, but what's the take on the QX80, they look like absolute shit to me (appearance).  Front half sports car back half box.

That's the shit Spirit Airlines was trying to shill on my at 6 am on my flight from Dallas to New york last year.  I've drank at 6 am before, but that made me want to punch the crew in the face.

How much of this really matters when you've given up the dream of looking like a Greek God, and are really just concerned with looking fit?

I use ON Gold Standard.  Mainly because it wasn't too pricey, and it had a ton of 5star reviews on Amazon.  Am I just wasting my money?

    ON is solid.

I prefer a Kanban or Scumban model to Scrum. Running fixed-length sprints  to me is arbitrary and wasteful and rarely in my experience works.

Some reasons I don't like sprints:

What if I'm coming up to the end of the sprint and running behind? Do I cut some corners to get it complete? Do I have the work cross over into the next sprint( now have to document a bunch of extra stuff).

What if I finish my tasks earlier than expected in the Sprint. Do I take it easy for a day or two waiting for the Sprint to end?

What if you have dedicated testing teams waiting on development to finish something? Are they waiting around til the end of the sprint for something to do? Or are their sprints staggered? That requires extra planning.

What if you don't foresee something, or something new comes up that is critical? It interrupts your sprint, or it waits.

With Kanban, you simply maintain a list of things to do, prioritize them, and as team members finish a task, they can take the next task off the top of the board and start working on it. The to-do list can be constantly updated and modified. Much more flexible, IMO. If something critical comes up, you can start work on it right away. If you forget something, you can add it in right away. If you have a dev-test pipeline, tasks can move from team to team whenever they are ready to move. If a task is easier than expected, great. Take up the next task when you complete it. If a task is harder, no problem - work on it until it is complete.

I agree. The nature of my team means various sizes of projects with very tough scoping efforts some times.  And I've noticed all the other teams that are scrum have very bored developers.

Part of the problem with drunk driving is bars that have a sign in their parking lot stating "all cars in this lot will be towed at 3 am." Don't drink and drive, but if you DO drink a little too much you can't take a cab home or we'll fucking tow your shit.

It should be illegal for establishments that serve alcohol and have dedicated parking (i.e. not just metered public parking on the street) to tow customer's vehicles that are left overnight.

Honestly, if you were gonna get drunk, you should've planned for this scenario before you even came to the bar.  Aka no driving at all.

I use this and am really happy with it. My compromise between weak shitty k-cup coffee and single serve fast convenience. I can buy grind and use my own beans and it brews in a few minutes and easy to clean. I’m buying a French press for the weekends for a stronger brew when I have more time.

I can confirm Bunn makes damn good coffee products, got a dripper.  Shit every diner in America uses Bunn.

No shit, there are places on the coasts that have better sushi.  That doesn't make Uchi overrated.  It's one of the top restaurants in Austin probably equivalent to a 1 Michelin star restaurants in areas where Michelin sends judges.  It's rated about exactly what it should be.

It always seem like people say the fish is fresher in LA or NY, but the top sushi place in NY, all the fish is properly aged frozen for weeks before being served.  I agree Uchi is perfectly rated.  I mean when people visit I tell them many other places to go that aren't Uchi unless they specifically want upscale sushi and blowing a couples bills.
