The rights of women vary state to state. The rights of men don’t. If that is fine with you, then you are both a shitty father and a shitty citizen.

Sure they do, I won't get into it as we are talking about the lives of babies. But I'm sure deciding to suck a live baby out with a tube makes you the father of the year, asshole.

Well, he went to a creepy Christian high school (Ben Lippen), seems to favor a fairly creepy Christian college that he does not attend.

And he writes about an ultra-right-wing public university that may actually have the most prominent/successful athletics of such an URW institution.

    There's a thread there.

Yes, we get it, you hate Christians.

You're never going to convince him of that.

But, if you look at Project 2025 and what a lot of the serious scary religious government people have in mind it is clear that:  the process of conception should not be interfered with, as God's plan; this will result in women staying barefoot and pregnant in the kitchen as It was for long periods of time; child care and even public education will become unnecessary; "family values" will flourish; and, best of all, women will be removed from the workforce (other than Triangle Shirtwaist Factory, of course) along with all the dirty coloreds (except for the menial jobs, of course).

So, call it control of women or not, the above is their grail.

I’m a girl dad, my daughter rocks. We encourage her to be involved in everything she can. I take her to see strong women colleagues in my field that are judges and other advocates. I nurture her artistic abilities. She is an accomplished archer.

My wife is a small business owner and kicks ass. She is an incredibly strong woman.

He’ll if a co piracy theory, but that is t reality.

  4. The slice of avocado, some sort of pickle maybe, ranch style beans with a dollop of salsa (looks like pace, not judging), really solid looking tortilla, and a cold one really wrap the ribs up in a nutritional warmth that is hard to describe. Well done.

I usually do one of Dr. BBQ's method on the BGE and it produces great sweet ribs.

The story about him building our culture, and realizing that he needed to be first through the door so he called a team meeting and laid bare his troubles with alcohol, and what he does on a daily basis to stay ahead of it, was inspiring as FUCK. I feel like I'd run through a wall for a coach who showed that level of humility and vulnerability (while still clearly demonstrating excellence on the field, and requiring same from me and my teammates).

The cynic in me feels like there's always another shoe waiting to drop, but I can't remember this level of excitement that I have for Texas Foootball since about 2004. I guess specifically, the 2001-2002 season where I felt like we were finally on to something repeatable, which 204-05-06 proved.

Well said. Culture, trust, vulnerability, and a shit load of Texas football talent is unstoppable.

Iran reportedly told Trump at the G7 that should he attack, Iran would release sleeper cells already in the US and kill innocent Americans. I sure hope he was bluffing.

Lol, yeah they all just came over the last few months and are now ready to attack evil America. Holy shit, do you folks not understand they are already here?

A hotel is a great place to stop and use the facilities. Right off the highway, typically clean, always open - patrons use their rooms, can sometime get a free breakfast out of the deal.

  8. Mid to late 90s we'd hit the campus Trudy's pretty regularly for some weekday afternoon Mexican martinis on the outdoor patio. That was a long time ago but I only remember going there to eat a meal once and it was shitty.
