Ha. I went to that game with some friends. The titters there were abismal.
I went to that game in ‘04, I believe, on my way to the Rose Bowl vs Mich. That particular game was TTU vs Cal. Cal kept bitching they belonged in the Rose. I did guns up with my Texas gear on. Greatness. Not as cool as a few years earlier against Washington, but better than a year or two later again Oregon.

Haven't they been crowing since SECSEC! about their awesome home schedules? Abilene Christian, N Texas, Colorado, Fresno, Ole Miss, Vandy, LSU.

42 minutes since a post?? Did something happen that shut the site down?

The horns down never bothers me - in my view it simply shows the Sooner fans' insecurity with themselves. Instead of promoting their own school, they choose to attempt to attack their rival, instead. They have little brother syndrome.
While I agree with your Horns down position, I sincerely doubt they suffer from little brother syndrome when it comes to college athletics.

Maybe it's just me but it seems that Brewster tugging on aggy recruits, especially a QB, is less than ethical. Is he pissy with JimmyBo?

Two top three classes in a row. Mack never did that in all his time here. That’s pretty fucking impressive.
Unpossible. Mack was Coach February. Pretty sure he had 16 top 5 classes in a row.
Imagine red shirting incoming freshmen, especially linemen and QBs, and they still don't see the field for another year.

Sirr Parker was no Ricky for sure but he did score a td to clinch what may very well be their last ever conference championship back in '98.
Did he?

If they had done something like this in 2005, I’da been terribly disappointed.

Ref's voice/delivery makes it sound like he's telling on someone
Dammit, you had to point that out? Now it's all I hear

Damnit... I just knew he was going to take 15 intentional delay of game penalties then fake the FG

Smith will become the third Texas commit to have won receive the honor in the Award’s history, joining Jonathan Gray in 2011 and Garrett Gilbert in 2008.
That scares the shit out of me

This - and I'm not a T shirt fan at all. I was at the game Ricky broke the record as a toddler. I live and die Texas football and where I graduated doesn't change that one bit. I escaped Austin because it was a good life decision for me.
I will be a diehard Horns fan until I die. Anyone that tells me otherwise can fuck off.
Ricky was much more of a bad ass than I realized. He was breaking records and burning doobs as an infant?

So the 3 blocked extra points in a row against Oklahoma State, the missed extra point to lose to Cal, and the muffed snap punt against Oklahoma State to lose that game didn't do it for you? That is just the tip of the iceberg
2014 AdvoCare V100 Texas Bowl. 'Nuff said.

Yep, and never mind that on the pass before the spike, the ref marked the WR OB even though his knee was down when he was still 2 yards from the sideline. He stretched after that to get the ball to the sideline.
And it was never questioned, replayed, reviewed.... No question he was in bounds

^^I don’t know you that well
