I got more into Oasis about 10 years after their stretch of peak fame. They're definitely one of those bands whose strength is buried deep behind their hit songs and more into their catalogue. So many great, lesser known songs. The Supersonic film is a very enjoyable watch for anyone that likes Oasis.
The fact that their B-Side album may be their best says a lot.

I've never found that to be the case. Shorter sets maybe but most of the bad festival sets I've seen have been hip-hop artists or people that weren't very talented to begin with.
Like someone else said - I think Oasis has an established track record of playing crappy shows.
Ah come on, sing me something new. Even an extraordinary guy can have an ordinary day. Listen up, I hope I think I know that whatever you think you might've as well just sit in your rockin chair. D'yuh know what I mean?

saw them when they played acl festival in 2005. they weren't good.
I acquiesce with this statement. But also some might say that ACL bands typically play subpar compared to solo shows, you just can't trust these rock n roll bands, they'll throw it all away.
I am traveling half the world away if they don't come to the USA. Just gonna roll with it.

I’ve been to other Mexico games in more traditional soccer stadiums. The environment outside the stadium in College Station sucked for this game. Less organized events, etc. I’m mostly comparing to Azteca, reliant, and ATT. The game was fun, the fans were fun, safe with family, etc… I was in and out from that shit hole of a place. My Aggie family said, “Glad you get to see a real stadium.” Which I replied, “Yea.. it’s the first time it has been filled up in the last years.”
Wanted to beat my chest sharing this below. The last time I went to Kyle Field until last Saturday:

And given he’s been the keeper for a long ass time, he’s a big reason why the US keeps winning these games.
It LITERALLY is. Sorry you’re so butthurt from yet another ass kicking. Try not to run off like @JNip has.
Hey chill. Viva Mexico putos!!

Ruben is the fuxkin goat. Back in 05-08 I used to work for UT women’s soccer and he would invite me to his espn en español show to talk about the soccer team. Such a top dude.

My Mount Rushmore. This one hurt, saw him at a DJ set about a decade ago. Feels like it was yesterday, RIP.
