Crushed it. Best brisket I've ever cooked. I love this smoker. I'd seriously would throw this up against any of the best brisket out there. I've had it all. Not so humble brag. 20211111_213052.thumb.jpg.11efce5a35f63678d5b2b653d6dab451.jpg20211111_213732.thumb.jpg.4d6c787a92a85d9a3b1d2492c98ddc9e.jpg20211111_214103.thumb.jpg.280fc82c8c2bd4492d14c3827c385dec.jpg

Anyone have recommendations (or avoids) on stair gates?

Had to put a couple up this weekend.
Cumbor self closing over regalo. Cumbor is easier to open one handed and can bump it to close when through. Great for stairs when you’re carrying stuff and need to keep them from following. And it’s likely to close when left open and they touch the door.

yall use this Owlet smartsock shit?

Never took ours out of the box.  Think my wife sold it eventually bc it was too late to return.  She had to have it of course.

Have your wife check FB for a buy nothing group.  Mine got bags and bags of clothes for free.

Can't recommend this stroller/car seat combo enough. I laugh at people carrying heavy ass car seats around. Only downside is that when they grow out of it (around 1 year old), you'll need something new, as opposed to some that grow with your kid. The good thing is there's definitely a secondary market, so you can sell easily if needed

Expensive, but worth every single penny IMO. You can find used on facebook marketplace or resale shop, but don't buy a knock-off brand (read an article those haven't been properly tested/certified).

We use this for diaper trash can. It uses regular kitchen trash bags, and works well for us.

Have both of these and would recommend.  Get a second base for the other car.

  5. I always throw the Flying V

Move my arm like a pendulum rotating from the elbow, trying to get a slight backspin, keep the dice together and land them softly where the wall meets the table. Trying to limit the movement once it hits. I also prefer to be next to the stickman for shorter throwing distance.
Saw the method on a Breaking Vegas episode

Typical afternoon around Austin lately. Saw a dude with a smoker, speakers and a leather couch at 71/Lamar. Another guy appears to be running a bicycle shop.

    Lol bike shop.
