@BurntOrange&White not familiar with the formatting on on3 articles, but it seems like there's a spot for a vasek quote there. But no quote?

Did you tell him he forgot to include the quotation marks?

Ive said the same thing. I can’t remember the last big field goal missed in the last 10 years at DKR. Its unreal accuracy and would love to see the metrics.
Maybe this is why they put the goalposts off center on the new field.

see some of this is what i hate...i like advanced stats but some of these metrics don't jive with what else is out there.
this has Texas as #54 in NPD, FEI has Texas with the #30 NPD team, #36 on offense and #47 on defense. https://www.bcftoys.com/2022-ppd/
idk what "net field position" is, but Texas is also #33 in net available yards: https://www.bcftoys.com/2022-ayp/ idk how Texas can literally be last in offensive field position (131 of 131) on offense but #33 in offensive available yards?? makes no sense to me.
Approximately 67.5% of all statistics are made up.

Not even sure what you think this photo shows, but it looks like fans close but not impeding on anything, so asking for a flag is pretty pathetic. Plenty of schools have tight boundaries due to fans seats hedges walls military apprecrion etc.
Also you still use tapatalk so I know you are a crotchety old lol
The fan shoving the player though deserves getting doxed and held accountable as others have mentioned. No place for that.
Do not disrespect our Surly top 15-20% sir. Have you even reviewed his pay stub?

Is there some kind of emergency broadcast system or Amber alert type of deal that will let me know when QE3 has officially developed swagger?

When Card inevitably struggles to move the ball against Bama, I hope our fans don’t boo him off the field like they did to Gilbert against BYU. The backup QB is always the fan favorite, but it will be even more so with 5 ⭐️ Ewers on the sideline.
You know this is precisely how it will go down if Card starts the season. He'll light up ULM. Some will think he's much improved and praise Sark the QB whisperer. Our offense will seem unstoppable and our defense improved. Kool aid will be had once again. By the second quarter of the Bama game, Card already will have thrown two picks and we'll be down 24-3. The crowd, growing increasingly restless, will start the Ewers chant. The TV crew will pan to the student section with four hundred drunk mother fuckers wearing Joe Dirt wigs. They'll tell the story about Ewers's recruitment and transfer from Ohio State twelve times. Just before half, Bama will bring the heat again. Card will pirouette around the pocket before having his helmet ripped off and nose bloodied by Will Anderson. He'll cough up the rock for a Bama scoop and score to end the half. TV crew pans to Sark squatting on 40-yard line, head in hands. Halftime alcohol sales will hit an all-time high.
They'll trot Ewers out in the second half. The crowd will go wild. He'll light it up for a few series, then throw a couple picks to seal the loss. 50-21 Bama. QB play will be up and down for the rest of the year. The controversy will continue through the season. How do I know all this? Because #We'reTexas

Not sure what’s going on with Harrison-Pilot. 9.95ers keep saying he’s still a priority target but it sure doesn’t feel like it.Per IT, they would take whoever commits first between MHP and Hale. Maybe the focus has shifted to Hale.

Wiltfong on Hill and Gullette
A guy that I think that they remain in great position for is the No. 1 linebacker in the country, Anthony Hill. He's going to be back on campus in College Station this weekend. He's got a final two of Texas and Texas A&M. My 247Sports Crystal Ball is on the Aggies and I still feel good about that prediction. I think that Texas A&M, their defense, coach Tyler Santucci, the relationship there and the trajectory of the program and coming in and playing behind what was an amazing defensive line class are all reasons why Texas A&M is in great position. This is a recruitment that I think is winding down. I think we're in the final stretch for Anthony Hill going into this weekend's visit to Texas A&M. I really like where the Aggies stand,” Wiltfong said of the race for Hill.
“The Aggies are battling Texas for another in-state linebacker Derion Gullette. I think that Texas had some momentum coming out of a visit earlier this summer, but something tells me A&M is still right there, if not maybe even slightly ahead going into this weekend's visit for the pool party.”Fuck Fong.

The fact we might get a surprise commitment from an OT from fucking Florida who never even visited makes me feel great about the future. We gonna be cookin’.

Maybe he’s teasing MM + the aggy flip that CTJ mentioned?
That would be fucking glorious. There was an On3 article in early June talking about how close MM and Jayvon Thomas are. They play together at South Oak Cliff. Even after Thomas committed to Texum, he said he planned to take some visits with MM (although the articles did not mention Texas).

They were told early not to even bother with the offer to Manning. They did the outreach through their money who are partners in some things with Archie and there was an expression of no interest.
Baxter isn't going to their pool party is he? I feel like I missed that if that is the case. It wouldn't make any sense since he's not going there and Texas would be the more relevant visit.
Has not been reported anywhere I’ve seen. Status quo—committing August 10th.

I bartended for Simms on many occasions. (yeah yeah, cool story bro) He was an complete asshole everytime I met him, so I got no love for the son of a bitch. Major was good dude and Ricky was chill as hell. Can we get back to recruiting now?
Dunno man, I ran into him several times in the Jester garage and he was cool as fuck to me. Also very good looking.

A few quick thoughts after catching up on this thread:
1. It's clear who has their NIL game on point, just as CTJ outlined. Miami is a big player this recruiting season, and it's not just because of Cristobal. Damn it feels good to be a gangster.
2. Simms routinely beat the hell out of aggy and seriously destroyed LSU, so he's cool with me.
3. Love Shelby's middle finger to aggy.
4. Cromartie fits in well with those morons. A thousand kids and a classy tweet filled with f-bombs and thinly veiled criticism of a recruit. Perfect match.
5. Fuck ou.
I agree with these takes.
This is who Steve Sarkisian is.
