So best case we are a week away from a 3-3 aggy and us coming off of a win vs a top 10 team and being 5-1….
Maybe just maybe our decade of wandering the wilderness is over and all is right again in college football
How do you get that second paragraph out of an Aggy loss?

Seven win Sark looking like 4 win sark.

Sad that you had to say it because it's so damn true. Remember Reggie McNeal.
Of course we remember Reggie “real deal” McNeal”. He was a better web than VY until he wasn’t, every year. Then after the game he went back to being better than VY. Disregard the loss to Baylor and near loss to Southwest Texas.

That light is about as good as it gets for a 14. Are you going to stuff it with SPS? If not, no need for anything else. That’s a great light.
I want to know more about the skimmer
I’m gonna break it down and put it all in to a 25 lagoon I think. I have some sps in there. In fact it’s a pretty even mix. But in another 9 months or so it’s gonna be pretty crowded. But the sps growth could be much faster. The little prime just doesn’t pound everything with light like I want. 200 par max up high in the center is all I get. Thats why I want to move it into the 25 lagoon. I have a reefbreeders photon 24 v2+ That will do great on the slightly larger tank.
As to the skimmer. It’s a 12” piece of clear acrylic tube with a 2 hole rubber beaker stopper. One hole using a rigid airline and a lime wood air stone on a small air pump. The other joke has to be drilled out to snugly fit a 3/8 or larger piece of tubing that runs to a remotely located collection cup (a Gatorade bottle with a hole in the lid). It works fantastic.
I only replaced the skimmer because I built a new stand and needed the extra space extra in the back chamber so I bought a Mame skimmer. It’s the same concept as the air drive diy that I used. Just a smaller foot print and the body is made with hand blown Pyrex glass.
I am currently nursing a hang over but when I get up I’ll post a couple pictures that will help make sense of the description.

This times eleventy billion. We have been much better training Monroe and it has paid off. she is much better behaved than Gretzky and Maggie were. Gretzky could be a handful at times. We still do basic obedience training with Monroe to keep her in line.
She is also crate trained and loves her crate, she will go in there on her own to just relax.
Cool dog! Love Airedale’s. We already have a Vizsla so I had to get something slightly more low key, hence the giant schnauzer. But the giant is one stubborn, dominant male monkey mother fucker. Constantly attempting to lead the way. Not In my house little dog.

Those other teams lick Bama’s boots and promptly get in line to Big Daddy Saban. There’s no doubt who is king over there….and it ain’t Bob Wills.
Bob Wills is the king no matter where you are.

it's one of the reasons Mexico has such a massive unwanted/street dog problem. Families get a cute puppy, don't bother to learn how to raise it (or spay/neuter), then either ignore it or abuse it and suddenly their cute puppy is an out of control monster. Then it gets dropped off somewhere and has a short life as a street dog. The attitude about dogs here really pisses me off.
My kid semi-jokingly says that I helicopter dad my puppy. I do. Training, daycare, etc. I am always on top of him. But I researched this breed and other for literal years before I made the choice to get something that I was unfamiliar with. I know that’s not how everyone works. I think Americans are terrible pet owners and have no idea what their pets need to be happy and healthy. Nor what they need to just be a good dog. It’s why we have the shelter problems here. I cannot imagine worse pet owners. I know they are out there and it’s been so long since I’ve been to Mexico that I forgot all about their feral dog problems.

Thanks, but that $15 will probably go to waste, since there's a good chance my girlfriend won't even look at the links. I probably should have said free links and resources.
Like I said, “Robert Cabral on YouTube. Lots of great FREE information about whatever you can imagine”
For example: Why you should crate train your dog.

.....and I need some puppy raising links and resources. My girlfriend is young, stubborn and insane. She has no idea how to raise a puppy, but thinks she does. She refuses to take my advice about anything because she can't stand being wrong about anything if I'm right.
Example 1 - she thinks you just let puppies run around all the time day and night and do whatever they want. Sleep in bed with you, pee/poop in the bed with you, fall off the bed, walk on your head while you sleep, destroy sheets and pillows, etc. Putting a puppy in a crate is terrible because the puppy cries, so she takes him back out. All her stupid naive young friends agrees this is how you raise a puppy.
I've tried to stress the importance of crate training, but she is ignoring me and actually sleeping on the sofa with the puppy because I don't want him pissing/pooping/destroying the bed. Help me out before I tell her to move home.
Robert Cabral on YouTube lots of great free information about whatever you can imagine. I subscribe to his website. It’s 15 a month. Really good information. It was recommended by my schnauzers trainer as a second source of information and good answers to issues when I don’t want to wait until our next session.
…and holy shit I cannot imagine an Airedale raised like that. He will run your house in no time. Terrible animal to let do whatever it wants. I put a martingale collar on Schwartz and he was either in the crate, or tied to my belt with a 10 ft leash. Instant behavior corrections and he learned very quickly who he is supposed to be with as well as the family hierarchy.

new 8 week old Airedale demon here
That is a cute puppy. I had my guard dog choices down to 3 breeds. Airedale, Doberman, and Giant Schnauzer. Airedale would have been a blast.
also appreciate the cameo by a fat GSP.- 1

my aussie is 10 and has started vomiting a couple times a week, mostly overnight. anyone ever dealt with something like that? I took him to the vet after it had happened a few times and they didn’t seem concerned. but it’s continued to happen for about a month now.
Try famotidine shortly before bed. It’s probably acid. I had to do this with my hound for years. You will need to look up the dog dose. I cannot recall it off the top of my head.

Man, i feel so fucking sad and handicapped and powerless.
My in laws have 3 beagles: a chill one, a moody aggressive one, and an ultra-timid one prone to epileptic seizures.
Theyre old, so the seizures are getting more frequent and violent. On top of that, when the seizures happen, the aggressive one starts attacking him. Why? Because hes confused? Whatever.
This happened for last 2 days. We hear a commotion, we run out, and we find the one bloody and convulsing. Its fucking heart breaking. Theyre outdoor dogs and theres no way here to keep them separated Nobody is available to take the aggro one. And anyway the epileptic one is probably at the end of life
Get the dog with seizures to a vet for blood work and urine samples. That stuff is usually cheap and can tell you an awful lot about what’s going on. It may very likely provide some insight to what is going on. I may be something as simple as a cheap medication or it may tell you that this dog is suffering and the humane thing needs to happen. It’s a tough call that I have had to make twice in the last 2 years. A 14 year old Vizsla with a brain tumor and my 13 year old hound with a ruptured spleen. In both cases we had to do the selfless thing and it hurts to this day. But neither of my boys suffered. They went out with hearts full of love.

My big fat hound dog passed away 2 months ago. I miss him a ton, best dog I’ve ever had.
My wife’s 1.5 year old vizsla wanted to keep my beast hound playing all the time.
So I contacted the breeder that I had my Giant Schnauzer deposit with and was able to pick up a Giant Schnauzer puppy at the end of March. Meet Schwartz.
It worked out great. My beasthound was able to ride out his last month and a half in relative peace while the two puppies raised hell and left him alone.
Here is my new buddy enjoying a ride.
One more from today standing in front of the counter begging for an extra meal.
6 months old to the day, 64 lbs and due for another hair cut .

I believe it as much as I believe he was killing himself on the recruiting trail in Florida on those final days.
There was a greg davis interview about the play. He flat out said that Vince wanted to run a draw to the right. But Greg and Mack wanted the pass option. So they ran a RPO because it still gave Vince the right side of the field.

It’s all a moot point anyway. This season will be cancelled and before the 2021 season rolls around the big 12 players will be demanding the same percentage of the revenue that the NFL players get. The next longhorn team that plays in that stadium will be a completely non scholarship team being coached by a guy making about what a history professor makes playing in front of about 5,000 fans. My daughter and I will be two of them though.
I usually enjoy dystopian works. This one is a piece of shit.
