Flew into West Palm Beach this weekend, where Viktor Orban was too. Shocking.

I didn’t love this episode. In a short nine episode series doing 10 minutes in a POW camp and then having them just randomly show back up at base later on feels like wasted time and an entire episode was cut. The dogfight was great but about 15 seconds.
It doesn’t help Austin Butler’s character portrayal is the least impressive and most boring on the show imo. I couldn’t give less of a shit about Buck and Bucky because we have no full believable backstory.

Yeah, I know, I guess it’s just surprising to me that there’s a market for bullshit like that under the guise of current events. Not related to the person who posted it here, just that it exists at all.
I hear ya. Pitchfork does this now with concert and album announcements and it’s infuriating.

I’m as bewildered that People magazine is publishing articles about posts on Reddit as I am about the events in the story.
AI scrubbers pull data and post. People, SI and Newsweek all do this. No humans involved.

Lots of redditors are saying Jason's voice is pretty rough at the last several shows.
It is. He can’t do any high notes. He’s okay on most songs though but Cover Me Up and anything whee he belts is bad right now. Still worth seeing him.

Stay in London longer and enjoy one of the greatest cities on the world more in full. If you’ve done London before I’d vote for an extended stay in AMS and do Rotterdam, The Hague, etc. The Netherlands is great. Cologne is wonderful so that’d be my third choice since you’ve knocked out Bruges.

She was really good in A Small Light.
She was EXCELLENT in that show. If you haven’t watched it, do it this weekend.
Also she was a code breaker at Bletchley Park in this I’m pretty sure. It’s a bike ride away from Oxford and women ran the place mostly. It’s a really cool spot to visit - we were there two months ago.

Tennessee and Virginia beat the NCAA and get their injunction to block the NIL freeze. IE booster groups can use NIL for players with this ruling

The fact that East Texas LEO’s haven’t killed this subhuman fuckstain yet makes me lose faith….He’s white, they’re not shooting him.
I don’t blame the mother but I find it incredibly unsettling she didn’t know who her daughter was with and said she is sometimes with three different households.

I see Isbell tomorrow night and actually will meet him before the show for some media reasons. I’ll get his insight on Rodney Terry for everyone.

Lufkin won its appeal and will be in District 9 5A D1, with some Beaumont schools, Barbers Hill, Galveston Ball, etc.

I hate to be negative but this seems incredibly tough for an older person to handle and be able to take part in activities as the trip goes on.
There is no way myself would ever want to do this type of trip. It is wayyyyyyy too much and you won’t see much anything of substance. You’re wasting a metric ton of time in packing and unpacking, travel from A to B, etc. if you’re somewhere three days you probably have 18 hours max in that city to explore. That’s a huge ask for a 76 year old. Or anyone.

Rick Pitino goes after his team, names names, says they all suck and he hates coaching them.
““We are so unathletic that we can’t guard anybody without fouling. For me, I’ve always enjoyed the first year, and I’m not gonna lie to you; This is the most unenjoyable experience of my lifetime. This has been so disappointing.”
“Look: Joel [Soriano] is slow laterally, he’s not fast on the court. Chris Ledlum is slow laterally, Sean Conway’s slow laterally. Brady [Dunlap] is physically weak, Drissa [Traore] is slow laterally,”

We went out Friday night to dinner and to see Fortune Feimster (btw she’s funny as shit) at a theater within a 10 minute walk to the restaurant. We were in a winter storm warning for 4-8” snow and it had started to snow on the drive over. We live in the north, no major ordeal.
We were waking away from the car and Mrs. Ace asked me to go back and get our snow brush/scrapper tool so we can have it with us to brush the car off when we return after the show.
I told her no and that I would take care of the car when we get back like normal while she enjoys her seat warmer turned up to level 168 and scrolls TikTok. There is zero reason to carry around a foot long telescoping piece of plastic into a restaurant and theater.
In shocking news, the theater told me the tool wasn’t allowed inside. Guess who didn’t volunteer to walk it back to the car.

He won’t be in Mississippi next season anyway. This year is all gravy for him.

I can’t believe that one plane made it back. Performing evasive maneuvers in a wounded B-17 has to be incredibly difficult.
What does feathering mean wrt to an engine?Read up about Robert Rosenthal. Have a US flag nearby to wave as you do so.
They had to have a different director for EP 5. The music and air scenes combined was a real ramp up. It also felt 10 minutes long, just a great, spellbinding episode.
Hot take: this show is better without the Buck and Bucky bromance. It’s better when we focus on the other soldiers. Next week it looks like we get some resistance action!

Great episode. The parade of people testifying against Larry before they send him to prison in the finale will be a great watch.
