This is how I felt, too. It's not bad but Conan Without Borders seems a lot more genuine.
Feel the same way so far after watching the Norway episode. Somehow being extra "Conan" and simply yelling more and cavorting doesn't seem as funny to me now.

Lolz. “Academia.” Hartzell taught bean counting.
I'm not gonna knock anyone that educates, but it would seem when you approach leadership and decision-making as a balance sheet only, you get yesterday's response.

Folks, visit a meat market that sells ground goat meat. Not only is goat meat a healthier choice than beef or lamb, and setting aside that folks can raise goat on grassland that reclaims desert, goat burgers are tastier than chicken, turkey, or plant based derivative burgers.
I won't say no to a good goat curry

Good! Most cases from yesterday dropped: https://www.texastribune.org/2024/04/25/ut-austin-palestinian-arrests-criminal-cases/?utm_source=Texas+Tribune+Newsletters&utm_campaign=b8818d6c40-trib-newsletters-breaking-alert&utm_medium=email&utm_term=0_d9a68d8efc-b8818d6c40-102902408&mc_cid=b8818d6c40
You don't say? "A spokesperson for Travis County Attorney Delia Garza said law enforcement lacked probable cause in the 46 cases she dismissed. Probable cause is the reason law enforcement provides to justify arrests."

They are reading Tai-Pan, however, and that would also be worth a modern adaptation.
That and Noble House were my favorites from Clavell.

I'd rather just intermittent fast and skip a meal than eat chicken sasuage or turkey burgers and save up my consumption to make it worthwhile. In fact, that's what I mostly do with red meat-- I won't eat a steak for example unless it's a bone-in ribeye. Miss me with any other cuts, including filets, regular ribeyes, etc.
Check out some Chinese/Indian recipes. Typical American cuisine's treatment of chicken, lentils, and beans are boring.

If you really want to scare the shit out of fattie and the other right wing losers, figure out a way to organize white collar labor. That would be cool as shit; I would sign up today.
I work in tech, non-engineer and I would totally sign up for a union in this space.

I'll be thrilled if we get to .500 by the ASB.

Still remember growing up seeing $40 for a AAA title and thinking that was expensive.

The audience is upper middle class. However, the bias may be different than that. It all depends on the subject being covered. If the subject is science or cigarette manufacturers, bias is mostly irrelevant and probably non-existent. If the story is about politics then the bias comes into play.
It’s really hard to be free of bias when we communicate information, especially in a media context. Even with science… see climate change. What we have to be vigilant is recognizing misinformation and disinformation.

Does this team ever get back to .500 and if so, when do we think that happens? Before the break? After?
Riiiiiight at the break. Then a mad dash for a WC. I hope. I hope I'm wrong and they rebound faster.

There are some good reaction pieces from outside of NPR and his colleagues surrounding this story that you may want to include to balance out the story.
