You dont have to believe me but think of the context. Its 27-3 with under 6 minutes to play. There is no chance for an OU win. The game is over. This is when most coaches would look to protect their QB before a top 5 match-up. Sark calls Quinn's number on the goal line. Play he very rarely calls. It was either an incredibly stupid thing to do or he had a specific reason. Perhaps I am giving sark too much credit, but think it was brilliant
Sark said something about himself as an injured player at BYU in either post game or Monday press conference that made the thought cross my mind. I didn’t have the thought during the game though.

I’m pretty sure that’s good.
To add a stat that I heard on the broadcast: Offense has turned the ball over 11 times, and Defense has allowed 0 points on those turnovers. Seems like that can’t be right.

It rolled about 15 yards into the Vandy side. Not a really a big deal or threatening or anything but you never see it. He was also slapping and waving his arms before the last two snaps, either pissed at this teammates or unable to control his temper.
And he tried to hurt Vandy’s QB on the game clinching first down run before starting the tantrum.

They don’t have to correct anything really. They said crooks “appears” to have made a small donation in the article I found. He is definitely the guy that registered as a Republican though, and they don’t use the “appears” language for that. Idk. But seems like the two people with same name thing lines up (other guy in Pittsburgh and is a democrat) unless someone fabricated it. I definitely did not check that. And will correct what I said if I was fooled.
I was wrong about this. Also looks like the guy was more of the typical school shooter guy.

He was 12 and 16 for those elections
Maybe there’s another dude in PA with same name that’s an old man and Democrat.

you'd think a news service like reuters would have corrected that article by now.

They also are now functionally unable to campaign AGAINST the other candidate, as speaking the truth about the man will be viewed as inappropriate.
Turn off the lights, this one is over. Not doubting turning off the lights, but I wonder if in this political/social climate of just mean nastiness being the norm if a brief pause wouldn’t be enough to get back on the attack. Hell it might be what most people want.
I could see Biden not wanting to engage in that anymore, but I don’t know shit about fuck. -

I seem to remember a bunch of right wing chuckle heads getting a kick out of the attack on Nancy Pelosi's husband.
But that’s different though.
For the record, I don’t take joy in any of it.

Don't think there's any significant electoral impact of this. Everyone saying "I know who I'm voting for now!" already knew and are probably the most ardent of his supporters.
What if it causes Biden to tone down his rhetoric? Last night was really good for Biden , what if he goes back to just talking about his first term accomplishments? Or will Biden only pause the rhetoric temporarily?

The only sad part about the Oilers epic collapse against the Bills as a Cowboys fan is being robbed of the opportunity to watch an all Texas Super Bowl in Pasadena. I was 12 when my father took me to the Rose Bowl for that game and it would have been glorious watching Cowboys v Oilers.
As a Cowboys fan, I was dreading this matchup. Thought Oilers were the only team that could beat us that year. I thought our secondary was suspect and would get exposed by that offense.

They're turning on Robinson because apparently he's recruiting players off aggys roster to Syracuse. Hilarious. He's still coaching the bowl game FYI.
There’s a kid from Bay City that Alabama and Ohio State just offered. Aggy hadn’t offered yet despite “ERob” being in contact. As soon as “ERob” makes the move, he gets the Syracuse offer. Wolf indeed.

That game was intense. Second week in a row they just will themselves to the win.

The thing for me is this—
This is a game we would have 100% lost in the last 13-14 seasons. Sure, I was angry we gave up a 27-7 lead with 4 min left in the 3rd, and you can be angry that Maalik isn’t the best QB right now, but one thing you can’t be mad at is this team doesn’t seem to give up easily. I saw the defense pounding their chest telling everyone to get a stop during K-State’s final drive of regulation. It’s little shit like that that we didn’t see before, at least I don’t think I did.
Over those years, when we’d fuck up and lose those close ones, and my buddies would be talking about how close we were like it made it ok, I’d always say winners win and losers lose. I still feel the same way, but it’s nice that we are winners now.

This staff knows how to evaluate and develop. Brooks and also Burke show that it’s not always about star chasing. Sometimes it is, but being able to evaluate and develop is so important.

It was a hold. People are arguing "but it wasn't a blatant hold!" So fucking what. A penalty is a penalty. Good call.
He held him, let him go, and held him again. Good call.

Shut down here and let Tuck end it. He’s earned it.

If JV squeezes that ball is it a double play? So casual with the glove.

Is there a flow chart somewhere about what shots one needs right now? Vaccinated with two Modernas in April 2021. I got Covid in early November 2021.
45 years old and in pretty good shape with no medical issues.
