Obviously what he's saying is stupid, but I'm trying to piece together what kind of a point he thinks he's making. It's just word salad, though. The concepts don't go together in any sort of logical way.

He said standing. That’s a law word. What more do you want?

I took my friend to get J&J at CVS on Monday and she did well with it, only mild headache next day. When I did both Pfizer shots at CVS a month ago there were decent lines inside the store to get the shot. On Monday, there was only one other person getting it plus my friend. Different CVS but same city.

Rates are really falling.  Saw only .2% got vaccinated yesterday.

It continues to amaze me why seeing inclusion highlighted is such a revolting concept to some. I know whenever I see someone complain about something being "woke", that is more a sign they're upset that non-white people are actually being highlighted in something. How dare you be made to feel like you are on the outside of something for once.

i don't think diversity and inclusion is supposed to stretch to stripper heels.

I saw it in a NYT article this morning. I believe their source on the graphic was the CDC. I’m not sure of the methodology. Some of this is pretty counter intuitive. Similar countries in rural MN and IA are probably going to have similar vaccination rates, for example.

G Elliot was trashing it this morning based on the methodology.

These weren’t your typical police in a typical situation.  Those were security personnel guarding people who were directly in the line of succession to the Presidency, and the regular cops had lost almost complete control of the Capitol at that point

She wasn’t shot because she was rushing into an area with a bunch of interns and staffers.

She was going through a fucking barricade setup by people trying to protect Pence and some of the Congressional leaders who were in line to the Presidency.

She was a Qanon nut who got it in her head that this was The Great Storm and she had to do her part.

This is literally the ultimate scenario of “fuck around and find out”   This is up there with trying to rush the President, or trying to break into a restricted area of an Air Force base that has nuclear weapons, or onto a US Navy submarine.

It’s a shame her family had to suffer through this, but they should be suing the assholes behind Q and Qanon and 8kun who filled the head of a mentally ill women with delusions.

  7. I remembered being surprised at the burial at sea.  You had to figure there would be conspiracy theories for ever that we didn’t really get him and the best way to defeat those would be a body.  But to my shock, nothing like that ever took off.  Pleasantly surprised.
